Team Definition

The Team Definition form allows you to define teams

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > RADplus Utilities > System Security > Team Maintenance > Team Definition
  2. To create a team, in the Team ID field, enter the team ID.
    Note: IDs cannot contain spaces.
  3. In the Team Description field, enter the team description.
  4. To edit a team, choose Select Team.
  5. Select the team and choose Ok.
  6. In the Type field, select the team type.
  7. In the Active field, select Yes to make the team available in myAvatar .
  8. The following fields define the team's scope (programs, units), and who can work with teams (user roles, users).
  • The Team Information field displays selections made in this form.
  • Select Programs
    Choose programs to be associated with the team.
  • Select Units
    Choose units to be associated with the team.
  • Select Roles
    Choose user roles to associate with the team.
  • Select Users
    Choose users to associate with the team. Users associated with a staff member (User Definition form, User Caseload section) display that staff member's name.
  • Select Team Finalizer
    Select a team member who will have permission to finalize forms for data authentication. Users must be associated with the team.
  1. Select File.
  2. If appropriate, select Delete to remove a team from myAvatar .
