Actions configured in Action Definition become available as a user input event in the Worklist Item Form.

Key Fields

Field Notes
Action Name Enter the display name of the action button created.
Requires Reason? If you select Yes in this field, you will be presented with a free text dialog box to explain why you have selected the action. A value must be entered in the dialog box to continue.
Creates To Do? If you select Yes in this field, the user you designate in To Do Receiver receives a to do message with a link to the report specified in the Crystal Report field. The report will run with context of the queue form that was filed when the action was selected.

Note: This functionality is useful for sending QA feedback reports when used in QA workflows.
