Routing Action Definition
Actions configured in Action Definition become available as a user input event in the Worklist Item Form.
Key Fields

| Action Name | Enter the display name of the action button created. |
| Requires Reason? | If you select Yes in this field, you will be presented with a free text dialog box to explain why you have selected the action. A value must be entered in the dialog box to continue. |
| Creates To Do? | If you select Yes in this field, the user you designate in To Do Receiver receives a to do message with a link to the report specified in the Crystal Report field. The report will run with context of the queue form that was filed when the action was selected. Note: This functionality is useful for sending QA feedback reports when used in QA workflows. |

| Pending Status | If the action is a query type, the current document will change to the status selected once the user sends the query (e.g., Pending Provider Response). |
| Recieved Status | If the action is a query type, the current document will change to the selected status once a response is received from a previous query on the document (e.g., Provider Response Received). |
Note: The Save for Later action will appear when a status is defined as Save for Later via Routing Status Definition. The Cancel action is a default action that is added.
