Void Documents

Voiding a document removes the document from a client's Chart Review To-Do list, or Home View To-Do list.

  1. Click Void to change a document's status to Void.  The Void section displays.
  2. In the Void Reason field, select the reason the document was voided.  If appropriate, in the Void Comments field enter remarks associated with the document void.

To void and copy document to another client:

  1. Click Void & Copy.

  2. In the Void Reason field, select the reason the document was voided.  If appropriate, in the Void Comments field enter remarks associated with the document void.

  3. In the Select Client field, enter the client name, choose the client.
  4. In the Select Episode field, select the client episode.  Choose Nonepisodic to choose a document not associated with a client episode.  The voided document will be associated with the client, and can be viewed in this form.

  5. Click Void.
