User Role Definition for document management
From the User Role Definition form, you can manage document management permissions for user roles.
Prerequisites:

User roles must be granted Document Management functionality in the User Role Definition form for users associated with those user roles to have Document Management access.
- Go to: Avatar PM > RADplus Utilities > System Security
- Click the Document Management section.
- In the Is this user a Document Management Administrator field:
- Select Yes to give the user full document management rights.
- Select No to deny the user document management rights.
- or
- Select No to choose specific items to give the user document management access.
- In the Forms Allowed fields - select the actions a user can perform on an item.
- Forms Allowed to Scan - Displays when document scanning is enabled.
- EMR Only - User can view forms without ’r;Exclude from Electronic Medical Record’ selected (Document Management Definition form).
- EMR and Specify - User can view forms without ’r;Exclude from EMR’ selected (Document Management Definition form).
- In the View Voided Documents field, select whether the user can view documents that have been voided.
- If Yes, select the void reasons.
- Click Submit.
