Who do I Contact with ImageNow Questions?
Netsmart clients with ImageNow installed and configured to work with their Netsmart EHR (electronic health record) should always contact Netsmart Technologies for assistance.
Clients can call support, submit a ticket via the portal, or send an email to netsmartsupport@ntst.com.
Submit a Case
If you use the Netsmart Cares Portal to submit a case, what information is required?
In addition to the standard information (i.e. account, contact name, priority, urgency, whether patient safety issue), Enter the following information:
