System Maintenance - Purge MEDS Information - Cal-PM

Remove the MEDS file from myAvatar. This form removes all myAvatar MEDS files that were loaded on or before the date entered.

Note:

  • MEDS Files are not audited.
  • The deleted file is not sent the RADplus_audit_database_tables. Once deleted, the file is no longer available for review.
  1. Go to: Avatar PM > System Maintenance > System Definition
  2. In Thru Month/Year enter the month and year of the latest MEDS file to purge.
    Note: Use the format mm/yyyy.
    Result: All MEDS files up to this date will be removed.
  3. Select Submit.
    Result: The Purge MEDS Information message displays.
  4. Select Yes to purge the MEDS information.
    Result: The Purge MEDS Information - Results message displays the number of MEDS records that have been removed.
