Service Summary By Treatment Program - Cal-PM

Generate a report for services sorted by program.

Avatar PM > Services > Service Reports

  1. In the 'Enter an inquiry starting date' field, enter the service start date.

  2. In the 'Enter an inquiry ending date' field, enter the service end date.

  3. Click Process. The Service Summary By Treatment Program report displays services rendered for the date range, sorted by program.
