Include/Exclude Cal-OMS Submission - Cal-PM

Mark specific Cal-OMS records as included or excluded for the compile process of the Cal-OMS Submission form. This is useful to prevent a record that is known to be inadequate in some requirement from causing the submission file to be rejected.

Unmarked files will be withheld from the compile until they are set to be included again from this form.

Avatar PM > Client Management > California Required EDI > Include/Exclude Cal-OMS Submission

  1. In the Client ID field, select the client.
  2. In the Episode Number field, select the client's episode. If left blank, all episodes are included in the search.
  3. Click the Select Records To Include/Exclude button to display a window listing the Cal-OMS records on file for the selected episodes that have yet to be submitted.
    • Select all that apply.
      OR
    • Select Exclude All Records From Cal-OMS Submission to exclude all entries for this client/episode. No other selection should be checked when this box is selected.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Submit. When records are successfully submitted, they will no longer be available for future compiles.
