Program maintenance - Assign Guarantors To Program - Cal-PM

This section allows you to associate guarantors to a program in order to direct service liability. The available guarantors on the Financial Eligibility form will be filtered according to these selections.

Prerequisite: The registry setting Activate Program/Guarantor Filter must be enabled.

  1. The Program field displays the current program selected on the primary Program Maintenance section.
  2. In the Financial Class field, select the classes to associate with this program.
  3. The Guarantor field lists all of the guarantors associated to any of the financial classes selected in the field above.
    Note: If a program has any guarantors assigned to it, service liability will only distribute to those guarantors.
    If no guarantor is selected, the program will be associated to all guarantors.
