Healthix Configuration

Manage the appropriate configuration details for accessing the Healthix Web Portal.

Prerequisites:

• The facility must be registered with Healthix in order to complete this form.

1. In the Site Security Certification field, enter the unique security identification number received from Healthix.
2. In the Healthix Facility ID field, enter the facility identification number received from Healthix.
3. In the Destination Environment field, select the environment.
4. Click Select Certificate File to open a browser and navigate to the certificate file received from Healthix.
5. The Certificate Location field displays the location of the selected certificate file.
6. Click Submit.
