The form 'MA Opiates Client Information' and the table 'ma_opiate_client_audit have been added to the system. Users must be given access to the form and table in the 'User Definition' form. Refresh forms after giving the users access.

Value Added: 'MA Opiates Client Information' allows viewing and editing the ESM identifiers stored in Avatar.
