Widgets - Font sizes
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • App Dashboard
  • Dynamic Form - View Definition - Select Views
  • View Definition
  • Widget Wizard (CWS)
  • Client/Caregiver Education
  • Widget Definition (PM)
Scenario 1: Widget Wizard (CWS) - Create a new widget
Steps
  1. Open the "Widget Wizard" form
  2. Create a new widget.
  3. Add a table for the form by selecting that table in the "Select Table" dropdown.
  4. Select the fields from the table that you want to display in the widget.
  5. Click "Submit" to file the widget.
  6. Add the widget to the user's Home View.
  7. Select a client in the "myClient" widget.
  8. Navigate to the widget created in previous steps.
  9. Validate the widget displays data for the selected client.
  10. Validate [Ctrl+] simultaneously increases the font size.
  11. Validate [Ctrl-] simultaneously decreases the font size.
Scenario 2: Widgets - Validate changing font sizes for widgets
Specific Setup:
  • Using the "Widget Wizard" form, select an existing or generate new widgets for this test.
  • Define a widget using a CWS table (for example use the Client/Caregiver Education table). Designate Widget A.
  • Define a widget using a CWS table (for example client current demographics). Designate it Widget B.
  • Select an existing PM module widget (such as diagnosis). Designate this Widget C.
  1. Add the 3 widgets designated above to the user's home view.
Steps
  1. Sign into the user's home view.
  2. Select a client in the 'myClient" widget.
  3. Navigate to the widget designated as "Widget A".
  4. Notice the font. Use "Ctrl -" to decrease the font for "Widget A" only.
  5. Navigate to the widget designated as "Widget B".
  6. Notice the font. Use "Ctrl +" to increase the font for "Widget B" only.
  7. Navigate to the widget designated as "Widget C".
  8. Notice the font. Because this widget has a linked field, the Ctrl+ and Ctrl- functions don't affect the font size of this widget.
  9. Log off and back on to the system, returning to the user's home view.
  10. Validate the fonts that were increased/decreased remain changed even though user logged off.

Chart - Document Capture
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Chart Review
  • Document Capture
Scenario 1: Chart Review - Document Capture - Scan Non-episodic
Specific Setup:
  • Perceptive must be configured and enabled.
Steps
  1. Open the "Chart Review" form.
  2. Select the desired client.
  3. Navigate to the "Chart".
  4. Click "Document Capture".
  5. Scan a document and identify it was non-episodic.
  6. Note the document type.
  7. Save the document.
  8. Click the document type the document was just saved under.
  9. Locate the document that was just saved.
  10. Validate the document displays as it was scanned.
  11. Print the document and validate it prints as it was scanned.
  12. Close the forms.
Scenario 2: Chart Review - Document Capture - Scan Episodic
Specific Setup:
  • Perceptive must be configured and enabled.
Steps
  1. Open the "Chart Review" form.
  2. Select the desired client.
  3. Navigate to the "Chart".
  4. Click "Document Capture".
  5. Scan a document and identify an episode.
  6. Note the document type.
  7. Save the document.
  8. Click the document type the document was just saved under.
  9. Locate the document that was just saved.
  10. Validate the document displays as it was scanned.
  11. Print the document and validate it prints as it was scanned.
  12. Close the forms.
