External Pharmacy Mode - Open Ended Orders

The following issues are resolved when open-ended orders are allowed in external pharmacy mode:

  1. The 'Stop Date' and 'Stop Time' fields show as required
  2. The 'Open Ended' button is disabled in the 'Renew' panel
  3. The open-ended hierarchy is respected at every level (Registry setting, Order type, Order Code)
