Scenario 1: OE NX - Discharge Med Reconciliation - Ensure [Do Not Add] and [Do Not Add Remaining] are enabled when an order in 'Inpatient Medications' contains "NO MATCH"
Specific Setup:
- A client must have an active episode. (Client A)
Steps
- Access the 'Order Code Setup' form and create a pharmacy-type order code.
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select the order code created in the 'New Order' field.
- Fill out all required fields
- Click [Add to Scratchpad] and [Sign].
- Validate the 'Interactions' dialog is displayed.
- Override all interactions and click [Save Override and Exit].
- Validate the new order appears in the 'Order grid'.
- Click the 'Discharge Med Reconciliation' tab.
- Validate the new order shows in 'Inpatient Medications' with "NO MATCH" in the 'Action' column.
- Validate [Do Not Add] is disabled.
- Validate [Do Not Add Remaining] is enabled.
- Select the order in 'Inpatient Medications'.
- Validate [Do Not Add] and [Do Not Add Remaining] are enabled.
Scenario 2: OE NX - Discharge Med Reconciliation - Validate Action remains as DNA once hold in pending status is selected.

Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select "Order code A" in the 'New Order' field.
- Populate the required fields.
- Click [Add to Scratchpad] and [Sign].
- Validate the "Order Code A" appears in the 'Order grid'.
- Click the 'Discharge Med Reconciliation' tab.
- Validate "Order Code A" shows in 'Inpatient Medications' with "NO MATCH" in the 'Action' column.
- Search for and select any medication in the 'New Order' field. (Order Code B)
- Populate the required fields and click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Validate "Order Code B" displays in 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)'.
- Click [Do Not Add Remaining].
- Validate the 'Action' column value changes to "DNA" in the 'Inpatient Medications' grid and it is disabled.
- Click [Hold in Pending Status].
- Select "Client B" and re-select "Client A".
- Validate the 'Action' column value displays "DNA" in the 'Inpatient Medications' grid.
- Click [Edit Pending Reconciliation].
- Validate the message "Discharge Medication Reconciliation has not been updated to reflect any changes to inpatient or discharge medications since previously saved. Please review accordingly." is displayed and click [Ok].
- Validate the 'Action' column value displays "DNA" in the 'Inpatient Medications' grid and it is disabled.
- Click [Hold in Pending Status].
- Log out of the application and log back in.
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Click the 'Discharge Med Reconciliation' tab.
- Validate the 'Action' column value displays "DNA" in the 'Inpatient Medications' grid and it is disabled.
- Click [Review and Sign].

Specific Setup:
- The ‘Default to Give Initial Dose Now’ extended attribute must be set to “Yes” in the Frequency Code Setup for a frequency code (Frequency Code A).
- The ‘Order Connect Frequency Code’ (Frequency Code B) must be mapped using 'Map OrderConnect Frequency' section in the Frequency Code Setup to a frequency code (Frequency Code A).
- Please log out of the application and log back in after completing the above configuration.

- In Order Code Setup form, select 'Blood Glucose(mg/dL)' link for 'Additional Data Elements To Require In Avatar eMAR (Administration)' and 'Additional Data Elements To Require in Avatar eMAR (Results)' fields for any lab order code. (Order Code B)

- The 'Allow selection of previously entered Blood Glucose readings in Emar' must be set to no value.

- Click [OK].

Order Entry Console - One Time Only - Default Duration
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
Scenario 1: OE NX - Orders This Episode - Priority Filter & Duration - External Pharmacy
Specific Setup:
- The 'Avatar Order Entry->Facility Defaults->Client Profile->->->Default Dur of 1 for New OTO Orders' registry setting must be set to "Y".
- Please log out of the application and log back in after completing the above configuration.
- A pharmacy-type order code must have 'Default Duration (Days)' set to "8" in the 'Order Code Setup' form. (Order Code A)
- A frequency code must exist that is configured as follows: (Frequency Code A)
- 'Routine or PRN(As Needed)' = "Routine"
- 'One Time Only' set to "Yes"
- 'Default to Give Initial Dose Now' = "Yes".
- 'OrderConnect Frequency Code' = "One Time Only".
- 'Hours of Administration' = "08:00 AM" and "08:00 PM" selected.
- A client must have an active episode. (Client A)
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select "Order Code A" in the 'New Order' field.
- Validate that "Frequency Code A" is displayed in the 'Freq' field.
- Validate the 'Duration' field displays "8" and that [Days] is selected.
- Populate all required fields and click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Create an order whose priority is "PRN" and click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Create an order whose priority is "STAT" and click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Create an order whose priority is "Other" and click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Click [Sign].
- Validate the 'Order grid' contains 4 orders.
- Select "All" in the 'Priority' field and validate that all orders are displayed.
- Click on the "Order Details" column and validate the orders are sorted alphabetically.
- Select "Other" in the 'Priority' field and validate the order with an "Other" priority is displayed.
- Select "PRN" in the 'Priority' field and validate the order with a "PRN" priority is displayed.
- Select "Routine" in the 'Priority' field and validate the order with a "Routine" priority is displayed.
- Select "STAT" in the 'Priority' field and validate the order with "STAT" priority is displayed.

Treatment Plan - Plan participants signature

Scenario 1: Client Merge (InPatient and Outpatient)
Specific Setup:
- At least two clients must be admitted to active episodes. One client is admitted in the inpatient program and the other client is admitted in the outpatient program. (Client A, and Client B).
Steps
- Access the 'Client Merge' form.
- Set the 'Source Client' field to "Client A"
- Select "Episode # 1" from the 'Source Client Episode' field.
- Set the 'Target Client' field to "Client B"
- Validate the 'Create New Episode On Merge' field is equal to "Yes"
- Click [File]
- Validate a 'Do you wish to continue with the indicated action?' message is displayed.
- Click [Yes].
- Validate a message stating 'The following new episode has been created for the target client indicated. Episode 2' is displayed.
- Click [OK].
- Click [Close Form]
- Using SQL, view the SQL tables SYSTEM.cw_tx_pn_sign_data and SYSTEM.cw_tx_pn_sign_data_audit,validate the date_captured and time_captured columns are populated in the row(s) added. Note: This only affects rows created since the update was installed. Previously filed data will have the columns but they won't be populated.
Scenario 2: Treatment Plan - Obtain Signature
Specific Setup:
- The 'Treatment Plan' form must have a signature field.
- A client must be enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
- Must have a Topaz Signature pad for testing.
- Citrix Users - Citrix Versions (pre - 7.6) - BSB / BBSB pads are supported.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Treatment Plan' form.
- Enter the desired date in the 'Plan Date' field.
- Select the desired value in the 'Plan Type' field.
- Select "Draft" in the 'Treatment Plan Status' field.
- Click [Launch Plan].
- Add the desired treatment plan items.
- Click [Return To Plan].
- In the "Plan Participants" section of the main page, click [New Row].
- Add a row to the Plan Participants table.
- Double-click on the "Signature" column of that row.
- Double-click [Sign] in the 'Signature' field.
- Validate the 'Please Sign Below' dialog is displayed.
- Use the mouse to sign in the dialog box.
- Validate the dialog contains the signature.
- Click [OK].
- Validate the 'Please Sign Below' dialog is no longer displayed.
- Validate no errors display and the 'Please Sign On Signature Pad' dialog is displayed. Please note: for users using the SigPlusExtLite, the following will display: "Opening signature dialog, please wait..." and an additional dialog will open.
- Sign on the signature pad.
- Validate the dialog contains the signature.
- Click [Cancel].
- Disconnect the signature pad.
- Double-click [Sign] in the 'Signature' field.
- Validate the 'Please Sign Below' dialog is displayed.
- Use the mouse to sign in the dialog box.
- Validate the dialog contains the signature.
- Click [OK].
- Validate the 'Please Sign Below' dialog is no longer displayed.
- Validate the 'Signature' field contains the signature.
- Select "Final" in the 'Treatment Plan Status' field.
- Submit the form.
- Validate the temporary SQL table CWSTEMP.cw_pn_tx_sign_data has a row added for the 2 treatment Plan grid signatures.
- Validate the document image contains all 3 signatures, the 2 from the participant grid and 1 from the form signature.
- Click [Sign]
- Key in the use's password.
- Click [Verify]
- Using SQL, view the SQL tables SYSTEM.cw_tx_pn_sign_data and SYSTEM.cw_tx_pn_sign_data_audit, validate the signaturecontent column is populated in the row(s) added. Note: This only affects rows created since the update was installed. Previously filed data will have the columns but they won't be populated.
- Using SQL, view the SQL tables SYSTEM.cw_tx_pn_sign_data and SYSTEM.cw_tx_pn_sign_data_audit,validate the date_captured and time_captured columns are populated in the row(s) added. Note: This only affects rows created since the update was installed. Previously filed data will have the columns but they won't be populated.
- Open the "Clinical Document Viewer"
- Select "Client" from the Select Type: drop down list
- Click the Individual radio button
- Set the 'Select Client'" to "601"
- Click the TAMMY SMITH (000000601) cell
- Click [Process]
- Click [View] button on row 1
- Validate the Signature(s) appear on the finalized form
- Click [Print]
- Validate the Signature appears on the printed document
- Click [Close All Documents]

Scenario 3: Progress Notes (Group and Individual) Copy - Validate 'Treatment Plan' Grid and 'Signature' fields
Specific Setup:
- Set the registry setting "Enable Treatment Plan Grid" to "Yes".
- A signature field must be added to a copy of the Progress Note (Group and Individual) using "Site Specific Section Modeling".
- Using "Document Routing Setup", enable document routing for the progress note copy form.
Steps
- Open the copy of the "Progress Notes (Group and Individual)" from setup that has a signature field.
- Add an independent progress note.
- In the Treatment plan Grid, attach a treatment plan problem.
- Click [Sign].
- Sign the document by using the signature pad.
- Set the "Draft/Final" field to "Final".
- Click [Submit].
- Enter the "Password".
- Validate the document image contains the signature.
- Using the preferred method to validate SQL data, validate a row was added to the CWSTEMP.cw_tx_pn_sign_data.
- Validate the above temporary table contains a column called date_captured and time_captured are correct based on when the document was signed.
- Click [Sign] or [Accept].
- Using the "Clinical Document Viewer" form, validate the document displays as it was saved with the signature included
- Using the preferred method to validate SQL data, validate a row was added to the SYSTEM.cw_tx_pn_sign_data and SYSTEM.cw_tx_pn_sign_data_audit.

Steps

- Click [Search].
- Validate a message is displayed stating: Match(es) found, # document(s) returned.
- Click [OK].
- Click [View] for the first of the CCDs.
- Validate that the CCD is displayed in the 'Console Widget Viewer'. Take note of the Care Team details.
- Click [Care Team] for the same CCD.
- Validate the Care Team details opened in a new tab of the 'Console Widget Viewer' based on the Care Team section of the CCD.
- Click the [Close All] button.
- Validate all opened documents are closed successfully.

Scenario 1: FoRSE Configuration
Specific Setup:
- Using the "User Definition" form, give the user access to the "FoRSE Configuration".
- Refresh the menus.
Steps
- Open the "FoRSE Configuration" form.
- Enable "FoRSE" functionality.
- Set the "Facility ID" to the value assigned by NAATP.
- Set the "Secret Key" to the value assigned by NAATP.
- Set the "Register New Company URL" to the URL provided by NAATP.
- Set the "Registration Status URL" to the URL provided.
- Set the "Surveys URL" to the URL provided.
- Go to the "FoRSE Facility Configuration" section.
- Enter the information for the EHR Facilities added.
- Click [Submit] to file the data.
- Open the "FoRSE Configuration" form.
- Validate the "Enable" radio button is clicked.
- Validate "Facility ID" is set to the value assigned by NAATP.
- Validate the "Secret Key" is set to the value assigned by NAATP.
- Validate the "Register New Company URL" is set to the URL provided by NAATP.
- Validate the "Registration Status URL" is set to the URL provided.
- Validate "Surveys URL" is set to the URL provided.
- Go to the "FoRSE Facility Configuration" section.
- Validate the information for the EHR Facilities is correct.
- Click [View] in the "FoRSE Status" column of each row added.
- Validate the "FoRSE Status" indicates "Success".
- Click [Discard] to close the form
Scenario 2: FoRSE Mapping
Specific Setup:
- FoRSE must be configured and enabled.
Steps
- Open the "FoRSE Mapping" form.
- Add a new mapping.
- Select the desired survey to map to in the "Type of Survey" drop down,
- Check the "EHR Facility IDs" to submit for this particular survey.
- For each Question in the survey, select an Avatar form and field to map to.
- Click [View] under the "Field Translation" column.
- Left as is, the system will use the default dictionary values and codes.
- If you wish to change the default dictionary values, you can use the "Field Translation".
- Click [Submit] to file the form.
- Open the "FoRSE Mapping" form.
- Edit an existing mapping.
- Select an existing mapping in the "Mapping" drop down
- Validate mapping is enabled.
- Validate the "EHR Facility IDs" are the ones selected previously.
- Validate the "Field Mapping" is as what was previously entered.
- Close the form.
- File the "Admission" form either for a new client or an existing client.
- Open the "FoRSE Configuration" form.
- Go to the "FoRSE Monitor" section.
- Set the start and end dates.
- Select the client.
- Click [Launch Report].
- Click [Click To View Record].
- Validate payload indicates success.
- Close the form.
