Scenario 1: OENX - Orders This Episode - Ensure user defined 'Default Quantity Unit' does not persist in 'Dose Unit' field.
Specific Setup:
- A pharmacy-type order code must exist that contains "TESTING " in the 'Default Quantity Unit' field in the 'Order Code Setup' form. (Order Code A)
- A client must have an active episode. (Client A).
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select any pharmacy-type order code other than "Order Code A" in the 'New Order' field.
- Validate the 'Dose Unit' field does not contain the "TESTING" value that was added using the 'Order Code Setup' form.
- Search for and select "Order Code A" in the 'New Order' field.
- Validate the 'Dose Unit' field does contain the "TESTING" value that was added using the 'Order Code Setup' form.
- Search for and select any pharmacy-type order code other than "Order Code A" in the 'New Order' field.
- Validate the 'Dose Unit' field does not contain the "TESTING" value that was added using 'Order Code Setup' form.

Scenario 1: OE NX - Orders This Episode - Renew - Validate 'Start Date' and 'Stop Date' in 'Scratchpad' and 'Current Stop Date' in Order Details panel after selecting from 'Scratchpad'.
Specific Setup:
- A client must have an active inpatient episode. (Client A)
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select any pharmacy-type order code in the 'New Order' field (Order A).
- Set the 'Duration' field to "15 Days".
- Set the 'Start date' to a date that is 10 days in the past and populate the remaining required fields.
- Click [Add to Scratchpad] and [Final Review].
- Validate the ‘Interactions’ dialog is displayed.
- Override all interactions and click [Save Override and Exit].
- Validate the 'Final Review' dialog is displayed.
- Select "None" in the 'Output' field and click [Sign].
- Validate the 'Order grid' contains a new order.
- Select the order and click [Renew].
- Validate the 'Effective Renew Date' is enabled and contains the current date.
- Validate the 'Effective Renew Time' is enabled and contains the current time.
- Set the 'Renew' field to "10" and validate [Days] remains selected.
- Validate that the 'Current Stop Date' field is required and contains the order's original 'Stop Date', which is five days in the future of the current date.
- Validate that the 'New Stop Date' field is required and contains a date that is 10 days in the future of the current date.
- Click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Validate the order appears in the ‘Scratchpad’ with a ‘Start Date’ of the current date and a ‘Stop Date’ that contains the 'New Stop Date'.
- Select the order in the 'Scratchpad'.
- Validate the 'Current Stop Date' field is not required and contains the 'Stop Date' of the original order, which is five days in the future of the current date.
- Validate that the 'New Stop Date' field is required and contains a date that is 10 days in the future of the current date.
- Click [Update order] and [Sign].
- Validate the ‘Interactions’ dialog is displayed.
- Override all interactions and click [Save Override and Exit].
- Validate the 'Order grid' contains the order with a 'Stop Date' that is ten days in the future of the current date.

- A dictionary code must exist that has the ‘(20590) Require Override Text With This Override Code' extended attribute must be set to “Yes” in the Order Entry Client Information ‘(20116) Non-Formulary Item Override Code’ dictionary. (Override Code A)
- Please log out of the application and log back in after completing the above configuration.
- A non-formulary order code must exist. (Order Code A)
- A client must have an inpatient episode whose program or unit are configured in the ‘External Pharmacy Setup’ form. (Client A).
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.

- Populate all required fields.

- Validate the 'Scratchpad' contains three orders.
- Validate the 'Start Date' and 'Stop Date' of each order is a duration of 30 days.
- Click [Final Review].
- Validate the ‘Interactions’ dialog is displayed.
- Override all interactions and click [Save Override and Exit].
- Validate the 'Final Review' dialog is displayed.
- Select "None" in the 'Output' field for the order and click [Sign].

- Select the "Advil" order from ‘Inpatient Medications’ and click [Add to Scratchpad No Rx].
- Validate the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)' contains the order for "Advil" with a 'Type' of "NoRx".
- Select the "Tylenol" order from ‘Inpatient Medications’ and click [Add to Scratchpad As Rx].
- Validate the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)' contains the order for "Tylenol 325 MG Tablet Oral" which contains a red flag in the 'Action' column and a 'Type' of "Rx".
- Select the "Tylenol" order.
- Populate any required fields and click [Update Order].
- Uncheck the 'No Prescription Required' checkbox.
- Access the 'Discharge Med Reconciliation' tab.
- Search for and select any medication in the 'New Order' field.
- Populate all required fields and click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Validate the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post-Discharge)' contains the new order.

Steps
- Log in as "User A".
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Patient Health Questionnaire-9' form.
- Validate that the widget in the form takes up about 15% of the screen.
- Slide the widget panel to make it noticeably wider.
- Close the form.
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Patient Health Questionnaire-9' form.
- Validate that the widget panel has the same width as when it was closed.
- Close the form.
- Log out.
- Log in as "User B".
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Patient Health Questionnaire-9' form.
- Validate that the widget in the form takes up about 15% of the screen and does not contain the width set by "User A".
- Close the form.

Steps
- Navigate to the 'My Calendar' widget.
- Validate the appointments for "Client A", "Client B", "Client C", "Client D", and "Client E" are displayed.
- Right click on each appointment for each client and click [Launch Chart] consecutively.
- Validate the proper charts are displayed for each client.
- Switch between each chart and validate the proper client's data is displayed.
- Close the charts.

- Enter the desired value in the 'Schedule Comment' field.
- Click [New Row] in the 'Service Schedule' grid.
- Select "Service Code A" in the 'Service Code' field.
- Enter "9:00 AM" in the 'Start Time' field.

- Validate the 'Replace Previously Assigned Default Schedule Appts in Date Range?' field is required.
- Click on the 'Replace Previously Assigned Default Schedule Appts in Date Range?' help message.
- Validate text is displayed stating: 'Replace Previously Assigned Default Schedule Appts in Date Range?' will remove appointments that were generated by the assignment of one or more other Default Staff Schedules in the same Date Range and replace the appointments in the Date Range with the currently selected Default Staff Schedule. (Only appointments associated with a Default Schedule and that were not posted will be removed.) An 'End Date' is required for the Date Range when this option is set to 'Yes'.
- Close the help message.
- Select "Yes" in the 'Replace Previously Assigned Default Schedule Appts in Date Range?' field.
- Validate the 'End Date' field is now required.
- Select "No" in the 'Replace Previously Assigned Default Schedule Appts in Date Range?' field.
- Validate the 'End Date' field is no longer required.
- Click [Submit].
- Validate a message is displayed stating: Filed Successfully.
- Click [OK].
- Validate a message is displayed stating: Assign Schedule to Practitioner has completed. Do you wish to return to form?
- Click [Yes].
- Validate the 'Service Schedule' grid does not contain any rows.
- Close the form.
- Access the 'Scheduling Calendar' form.
- Select "Site A" in the 'Site' field.
- Select "Practitioner A" in the 'Staff members' field.
- Navigate to any Wednesday after the 'Start Date' filed in the previous steps.
- Validate "Schedule A" is displayed for "Practitioner A" from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Since "No End" was selected for 'Recurrence Pattern', validate this schedule has been created for the next year.
- Click [Dismiss] and [OK].

- Select "Client B" from the 'My Clients' widget.
- Validate that the 'Selected Client' header, the 'Client Information' widget and the eMAR 'Client' field all display "Client B".
- Select "Client A" from the 'My Clients' widget.
- Validate that the 'Selected Client' header, the 'Client Information' widget and the eMAR 'Client' field all display "Client A".
- Select "Client B" and then quickly select "Client A" from the 'My Clients' widget.
- Validate that the 'Selected Client' header, the 'Client Information' widget and the eMAR 'Client' field all display "Client A".

Steps
- Access the 'Chart View' for "Client A".
- Select "Admission" from the left-hand side.
- Validate the existing admission record is displayed.
- Click [Edit].
- Validate the 'Admission' form opens successfully and displays all filed information.
- Close the form and the chart.
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Treatment Plan' form.
- Populate all desired treatment plan data.
- Click [Submit].
- Access the 'Chart View' for "Client A".
- Select "Treatment Plan" from the left-hand side.
- Validate the treatment plan data filed in the previous steps is displayed.
- Click [Edit].
- Validate the 'Treatment Plan' form opens successfully and displays all filed information.
- Close the form and the chart.
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Financial Eligibility' form.
- Populate all desired financial eligibility data.
- Click [Submit].
- Access the 'Chart View' for "Client A".
- Select "Financial Eligibility" from the left-hand side.
- Validate the financial eligibility data filed in the previous steps is displayed.
- Click [Edit].
- Validate the 'Financial Eligibility' form opens successfully and displays all filed information.
- Close the form and the chart.
- Repeat the previous steps as needed, for any other desired forms.
Scenario 2: Validate various undocked forms open & close as expected
Specific Setup:
- User must have access to the 'Admission', 'Pre Admit', 'Scheduling Calendar', 'Individual Progress Note', and 'Ambulatory Progress Notes' form in the 'User Definition' form.
Steps
- Access the 'Admission' form and click to undock the form
- Validate the undocked 'Admission' form pre-display opens.
- Click [Cancel].
- Validate the undocked 'Admission' form closes and user is brought back to the myDay view.
- Access the 'Pre Admit' form and click to undock the form
- Validate the undocked 'Pre Admit' form pre-display opens.
- Click [Cancel].
- Validate the undocked 'Pre Admit' form closes and user is brought back to the myDay view.
- Access the 'Individual Progress Note' form and click to undock the form
- Validate the undocked 'Individual Progress Note' form opens.
- Click [Discard].
