RADplus Client Update 3186-001 Details


Modifying an order does not cause a 'Duplicate Order' warning
'Modify' or 'Reorder' button on an existing order, will no longer cause a Duplicate Order warning.
In the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section), clicking the 'Modify' or 'Reorder' button on an existing order will no longer generate a Basic Duplicate Order Code warning Note: Functionality requires "Avatar OE 2020 Update 44"

Avatar Order Entry - Discharge Med Reconciliation - Discharge Disposition
Functionality has been added to define where a client is being discharged to, their home, or another facility. This functionality includes being able to create 'No Prescription Required' orders as well as the original RX orders on the Discharge Med Reconciliation tab of the Order Entry Console

Avatar Order Entry - Discharge Med Reconciliation - Carry Forward Sliding Scale Insulin instructions
Functionality has been added to allow SSI order instructions that were created on the Orders This Episode tab to be included in the instructions on the Discharge Med Reconciliation tab of the Order Entry Console for prescriptions created, so long as the pharmacy supports receiving that number of characters.

Prevent eMAR Administration Events for the following Order Types
An issue is resolved to ensure that the administration or specimen collection of any order will be prevented for orders created for 'Order Types' selected in the 'Prevent eMAR Administration Events for the Following Order Types' field in the 'Order Entry User Definition' or 'Order Entry User Role' forms. In addition, ensure that the 'Administration' or 'Specimen Collection' dialog is not launched after clicking [OK] in the 'Error' message.

NCPDP requirements needed for SureScript Certification - Home Medications / Discharge Med Reconciliation
A Netsmart staff only registry setting is introduced in order to make 'Days Supply' not required or required based on configuration.

The Client's preferred pharmacy (from OrderConnect) is displayed above the Scratchpad in the Home Medications and Discharge Med Reconciliation sections of the Order Entry Console, with the ability to update.

The DEA Schedule for controlled substances is displayed parenthetically following the name of the medication, throughout the Order Entry Console, and in the Order Code Search across the Order Entry Console.

The 'Client Information' within the 'Final Review' dialog is update to display Client First Name, Client Last Name, client address, client phone number(s), client height (date entered) and client weight (date entered).

myAvatar has been updated to allow a different number of characters in the 'Note to Pharmacist' field based on the medication

The 'Pharmacy Search' has been updated to search on additional parameters

Progress Notes - 'Treatment Plan' grid
