Order group - Taper/Titration series of orders - no Start Date offset.
An issue is resolved where when an order group is defined as a 'Taper/Titrate
Series of Orders' and does not use the start date offset, the order group dialog does not modify the start date of the next order to one minute after the previous order so that they are sequential, even if each order in the group is set up with a default duration. Instead, all start dates are set to the current date.

The ‘Accounts Receivable Console’ widget is enhanced to take advantage of a new middleware modification that will allow another tab in a Generic Form to be displayed automatically after clicking a button in the currently-displayed tab by removing the message displayed after clicking the ‘Add Claim Follow-Up/Note’ button on the ‘AR List’ and add appropriate underlying XML for that button to open the ‘Claim Follow-Up Entry’ tab. Additionally, the "Claims with Outstanding Receivables" table can now be sorted by "Claim Balance".
