Column Width Changes
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
Scenario 1: Validate "Column" width change functionality in 'Episode' and 'Row' selection screens
Specific Setup:
- Have access to two different "Episodic" forms. [FormA] and [FormB]
- Have data filed for a client in those forms in any episode
- Have two forms that contain a "Pre-display" and "Multiple Iteration" grid. [FormC] and [FormD]
- Have one or more data rows filed in that form
- Have two users who have access to all three forms. [UserA] and [UserB]
- The two users are both logged into the system
Steps
- [UserA] opens [FormA]
- At the "Episode" selection, adjust the column widths of the columns displayed
- Close the form
- Re-opens [FormA]
- Validate the column's width changes are preserved
- [UserA] opens [FormB]
- Validate the column width changes are still preserved. (Note: Episode column screen changes are stored by User across 'all' forms for that user)
- [UserB] opens [FormA], the same form used in step 1
- Validate the episode column widths are 'not' the same as those saved for [UserA] in step 7
- Adjusts the column widths
- Close the form
- Re-open [FormA]
- Validate the column width changes are preserved
- [UserB] opens [FormB]
- Validate the column's width changes are still preserved
- [UserA] opens [FormC]

- Go the "Multiple Iteration" section of the form
- Adjusts the column widths
- Close the form
- Re-open [FormC]
- At the "Pre-display" screen, validate the column width changes are preserved
- Go the "Multiple Iteration" section of the form
- Validate the column's width changes are preserved in the grid
- Close out of the form
- [UserA] opens [FormD]
- At the "Pre-display" screen, validate the column widths of the column's are not the same as the other form opened by the user
- Go the "Multiple Iteration" section of the form
- Validate the column widths of the column's in the grid are not the same as the other form opened by the user. (Note: "Pre-display" and "Multiple Iteration" grid are form and user specific)
- [UserB] opens both [FormC] and [FormD] and goes to the "Pre-display" and "Multiple Iteration" sections of each form
- Validates column widths do not reflect the column width changes of [UserA]
