In addition, the "Controlled by product" value is added to the 'Exclude from DCI' field to signify if a prompt is excluded from DCI or not based on registry settings.

The following changes are made: 1) Mismatching values for the 'Exclude from DCI' field on 'Site Specific Section Modeling' imports is no longer considered a critical error. 2) A new dictionary value is added to the 'Exclude from DCI' field in 'Site Specific Section Modeling' to better signify if a prompt is excluded from the DCI, or not, via the product in some way, e.g. registry settings. Note: this new value is not a valid selection when the 'Exclude from DCI' field is enabled. It is only meant for displaying the case previously mentioned.
