An issue is resolved when attempting to assign a permanent MR# via the "Admission" or "Assign Permanent MR#" forms or when submitting form "Change MR#". This could occur when modeled tables existed on the system configured in "Table Definition" with a binary table name set in field "Pre-Filing Report Schema/Table"

State Form Definition - file import
An issue is resolved that could occur when importing a state form definition file that contained a "Record ID" number defined in its record, that matched one already defined in an existing definition in the system. In addition, if the imported definition contained a "Subrecord", any subrecord reference values will be automatically updated on import
