    The "Document Routing" section of "Form Definition" is updated to include the prompts associated with functionality needed for sending "Acknowledgement" To Do's, that is currently available in form "Document Routing" Setup. In addition, "Form Definition" is updated to ensure that any document routing setting set for form are also updated in form "Document Routing Setup" for that form.

  • Document Routing - Signature Images
    An issue is resolved to ensure "Signature" images are displayed on documents that include "Approver Comments' and the comments are stored successfully in the "SYSTEM.DocR.comments table". In addition, an issue is resolved to ensure a user can co-sign a document for another user successfully.

Product Update Form Description
RADplus is enhanced to support integrated eSignature. In addition, the following issues are resolved: 1) No results are found when searching for names in the 'Entity-Based Document Capture' form. 2) Documents modified by 'Move Selected Data' are incomplete if 'Allow Comments During Approval' is set to 'Yes' in 'Document Routing Setup' for those documents. 3) The 'Add Non-User Signature' form may display a blank document or 'This is a critical error. Closing document preview.' when appending to certain documents.

Note:  This update will run a background Perceptive sync only on the form/document types.  This may cause the document types list in Perceptive to not be what is expected until the sync is finished.

    Support for mathematical functions is added to the "SQL Generated Data" column in the "Define Record Data Elements grid" of the form. In addition, the selection "Automatically Purge Posted Compiles" is added to the "Definition Options" field. This can be used in conjunction with the 'Days to save compile data' feature, to delete older compiles where no file was created automatically, and for deleting older compiles where files were created.

In addition, the following characters are unsupported when included in any dictionary "value" for import: "^" Caret, "=" Equal, "~" Tilde, and "<" Less than

The following registry settings are introduced to enhance Service Documentation-enabled modeled forms: 1) "Default Staff Associated With Current Login User", which will default the Service Documentation practitioner field with the current user's staff member, if defined. 2) "Allow Appointment Modifications", which allows the service code, location, duration, start time and end time of an existing appointment to be modified by a Service Documentation form. 3) "Check Service Programs", which will display a warning or error message, depending on the setting value, if the service program is not associated with the service documentation practitioner or the client episode based on the service date.
