The following issues are resolved: 1) Form types not displaying on the list after clicking the 'View Form Types' button in the 'Document Archiving' form if the form types have any document restrictions filed. 2) Documents for episodes associated to programs not assigned to the current system code are listed in the 'Append Documents' form. 3) To dos showing on the 'Sign' tab of the 'My To Do's' widget for programs not assigned to the logged in system code. 4) Co-signing a document routing to do for another practitioner sometimes displays the incorrect signature line.

Progress Notes and User Modeled Form - Default Author for Transcribing
The following changes are made: 1) The fields 'Transcriber' and 'Default Author' will now always be accessible in the 'User Definition' form and will override the 'Default Author' if an assigned user role has one. 2) Avatar RADplus is changed to initially default the attending practitioner if accessible into the 'Select Author' dialog upon filing a progress note set up with document routing. If no attending practitioner exists the 'Default Author' will default to the 'Default Author' that may be filed in 'User Definition' or 'User Role Definition' forms in the 'Document Routing' tab.

The following issues are resolved: An instance of NOTOPEN EDIT+8^GUIPRE which occurs in User Modeled forms with Service Documentation for a Draft row associated to an Appointment which was subsequently deleted. User File Import may not associate a Staff Member ID to a User ID, resulting in the User not appearing in Order Entry searches. Table Alias validation does not show an error which submission is blocked because a prompt required for the Table Alias is hidden with Form Designer edits and left unanswered.

RADPlus - Family Entity Modeling
Avatar PM is enhanced to support a new "Family Member(s)" type column available in form "Table Definition" called "Family Member(s)". This column will be available for Modeled forms created using the "Family" Entity Database. Family member "PATID's" are associated to a family in form "Family Registration". The column will display for selection, all the PATID's associated to the "Family" in a multi-select field called "Family Member(s)". The following issues are addressed: Upon editing an event in Form Definition, the 'Left Operand' prompt does not repopulate when a Dictionary type prompt was selected. MAXSTRING escapeHTML+11^UICHARTHTML3 occurs in Client Chart on forms using a Selection Leaf type prompt. The prohibition on including the Program dictionary introduced by RADplus2021 Update 15 is extended to cover mapping to other user modeled prompts which are mapped to Program. Fetching User List Management workflow lists is revised for better processing on the 'Display User' report.
