  • Table Definition
    An issue is resolved to ensure that tables configured with "Table Alias" column mappings defined, can be submitted successfully in form "Table Definition".
  • ScriptLink and event logic
    An issue is resolved to ensure that event logic set on a search type field can be triggered successfully, when the value needed to trigger the event, is set by a "ScriptLink" script set to trigger via another field on the form.
  • To Do's - Cosigner final approver
    An issue is resolved to ensure that the final approval todo is generated, when the final approver of a document cosigns the document for another user.

Product Update Description
The following issues are resolved: 1) The error '[SUBSCRIPT]File1+37^GUIObjectT1', which can occur in 'Table Definition'. 2) Setting the value of a search field with ScriptLink may not trigger the field's event logic. 3) No final approval todo is generated when the final approver of a document cosigns the document for another user.

  • Avatar RADplus 'Event Log Definition' Data Archive/Purge
    The fields 'Purge data from SYSTEM.radplus_event_log_audit after selected duration' and 'Create file of archived/purged data' are added to the RADplus 'Event Log Definition' form.
    The 'Purge data from SYSTEM.radplus_event_log_audit after selected duration' Event Log Definition field allows for Event Log Audit SQL table 'SYSTEM.radplus_event_log_audit' information/records to be removed from database upon exceeding the 'Minimum Number of Days to Keep' setting (default) or to remain in/not be removed from 'SYSTEM.radplus_event_log_audit'. In addition, the 'Create file of archived/purged data' Event Log Definition field allows for Event Log Auditing/Archiving functions to create information output files for 'SYSTEM.radplus_event_log'/'SYSTEM.radplus_event_log_audit' archived/deleted records (default) or to not create these output files for either/both tables.
  • Avatar RADplus 'Event Log Definition' Form
    An issue is resolved to ensure that the 'Directory to Place Archive Files In' field value is not reset/re-defaulted when opening the Avatar RADplus 'Event Log Definition' form.

Product Update Description

An issue is resolved where the 'Directory to Place Archive Files In' field will reset when opening the 'Event Log Definition' form.

    An issue is resolved to ensure the clients can be added or removed from a user's caseload successfully, when using the enhanced caseload menu functionality.

    An issue is resolved where fields added with 'Site Specific Section Modeling' had incorrectly defaulted from previous values.
  • My To Do's widget
    RADplus is updated to ensure that unexpected errors that may occur when signing and finalizing a document from the "My To Do's" widget in Avatar NX, can be displayed.
  • Guardiant - progress note metrics
    Cache internal processing time performance when calculating progress note metrics is improved.

Product Update Description
The following issues are resolved: 1) Adding or removing clients with the enhanced caseload menu may not function as expected. 2) Fields added with 'Site Specific Section Modeling' may incorrectly default from previous values. 3) Warning messages may not be displayed when approving a document from the NX 'My To Dos' widget. In addition, the performance of several metric calculations is improved.

  • Transfer Caseload
    An issue is resolved to ensure that upon form submissions of the 'Transfer Caseload' form, the user is alerted when a client caseload record did not transfer due to a lock being held by a modeled form, that is currently doing a caseload update for that client
  • Delete/Re-Assign To Do Items - form
    An issue is resolved that could occur selecting a user in form 'Delete/Re-Assign To Do Items' form that has been sent a to do generated via the "Send To Do Notification" form
  • Document Routing - status information
    An issue is resolved to ensure that document routing status information is displayed on a document when viewing the documents in "Chart" and for console widgets when viewing the document in the "Console Widget Viewer"

Product Update Description
The following issues are resolved: 1) The 'Transfer Caseload' form may conflict with caseload updates from modeled forms. 2) The error '[SUBSCRIPT]displayExistingToDoItems+50^GUIWFReassignToDo', which may occur in the 'Delete/Re-Assign To Do Items' form. 3) Document routing information may not be displayed in console widgets or the client chart when the document was routed only to a supervisor.

  • System Security Defaults form - 'Outlook 365 Integration Configuration'
    A new section is added to the "System Security Defaults" form called, 'Outlook 365 Integration Configuration'. This section is enabled with registry setting "Enable Outlook 365 Integration". Values populated in the section of the form are needed to support displaying "Microsoft Outlook" appointments or meetings in the Avatar NX, "My Calendar" widget Please Note: "Avatar NX Update 2023.11.00" is needed for full functionality
