Form Definition - Document Routing
The "Document Routing" section of "Form Definition" is updated to include the prompts associated with functionality needed for sending "Acknowledgement" To Do's, that is currently available in form "Document Routing" Setup. In addition, "Form Definition" is updated to ensure that any document routing setting set for form are also updated in form "Document Routing Setup" for that form.
Value Added: Enables users to set up "Acknowledgement" To Do functionality via "Form Definition".

Console Widget Viewer - Printing
Avatar NX is enhanced to generate a header when printing non-routed documents from the 'Console Widget Viewer'. Please note: Avatar NX Release 2023.02.00 is required for full functionality.

Client Chart - Credentialing information
"Chart" view is enhanced to display the "Credentialing" information of a Staff member who has "Approved" a document along with the "Credentialing" information already being displayed for the Staff member that had "Submitted" the document

Progress Notes (Group and Individual) - Open to Group Default Notes Section
The "Open to 'Group Default Notes' Section" registry setting is added for all 'Progress Notes (Group And Individual)' forms and allows the form to open on the 'Group Defaults Notes' section. Note: RADplus 2023 Update 46 is required for this functionality.
Value Added: Progress Notes (Group and Individual) - Ability to default to opening progress notes at the Group Default Notes section

Document Routing - Replace ‘Date Created’ with ‘Date Signed’ on Document Routing Images.
Add a new registry setting “Replace ‘Date Created’ with ‘Date Signed’ on Document Routing Images”.

Report Definition and Site Specific Section Modeling
The "Report Definition Export" and "Report Definition Import" forms are updated with a new field 'Report Definition Version". In addition, the "Site Specific Section Modeling Version' field in the 'Site Specific Section Modeling' is now available for all forms that are eligible for site specific section modeling. Also, new SQL tables 'SYSTEM.RADplus_Import_Audit' and 'SYSTEM.RADplus_Export_Audit' are added to keep a data audit trail of report definition and site specific section modeling import/exports.
Value Added: Provides a data audit trail for file imports and exports

The "Import Reports" form is updated to ensure that the value in the "Report Description" field is populated or cleared as expected, when toggling between selections in the "New or Existing" field, the ‘Does This Report Require ODBC Connections In Addition To The Current Database’ field and when selecting multiple values in the "Select Import Type" field.

An issue is resolved to ensure that an envelope containing a modeled form with a field label that was modified in "Form Designer", to include a tilde '~' character within its name, can exported and then imported successfully
Form Designer - Date field components
An issue is resolved where importing an envelope containing a form with form designer changes, may cause the 'T' and 'Y' components of any date fields on the form not to respond
Form Designer- ScriptLink settings
An issue is resolved to ensure that when importing form designer changes in Avatar NX, that any "ScriptLink" settings existing on form remain intact.
Console Widgets - SQL query override
An issue is resolved to ensure "Console" widgets using "SQL Query Override" statements to display data that use a query with no episode included in the row link, can be displayed successfully in the "Console Widget Viewer" widget
