Form Designer
Scenario 1: Form Designer - Submit and validate form designer changes
Specific Setup:
- Have access to a form [FormA] in the PM namespace, for example the "Admission" form
- Have access to a form [FormB] in the child namespace, for example a "CWS" modeled form
- Have access to the "Form Designer" form in "PM" and in the child namespace
Steps
- Access the 'Form Designer' form in the "PM" namespace.
- Select [FormA] from the 'Forms' field.
- Select the desired section [SectionA] from the 'Sections' field.
- Click [Show Section].
- Select any field [FieldA] and move/re-size it as desired.
- Click [Cancel] and [Yes].
- Click [Show Section].
- Validate nothing has changed.
- Select any field [FieldA] and move/re-size it as desired.
- Click [Save], [OK], and [Submit].
- Access [FormA]
- Navigate to [SectionA]
- Validate [FieldA] is displayed in the location set in step 1
- Validate the size of [FieldA] is as expected based on the change make in step 1
- Click [Discard].
- Access the 'Form Designer' form in the child namespace
- Select [FormB] from the 'Forms' field.
- Select the desired section [SectionA] from the 'Sections' field.
- Click [Show Section].
- Select any field [FieldA] and move/re-size it as desired.
- Click [Cancel] and [Yes].
- Click [Show Section].
- Validate nothing has changed.
- Select any field [FieldA] and move/re-size it as desired.
- Click [Save], [OK], and [Submit].
- Access [FormB]
- Navigate to [SectionA]
- Validate [FieldA] is displayed in the location set in step 1
- Validate the size of [FieldA] is as expected based on the change make in step 1
- Click [Discard].
