    Cache's internal temporary storage file for images "RadPlusJPGTemp", is enhanced to ensure any images uploaded, for example: "Signature" and "Picture" images, are cleared from the temporary storage file upon form submission while still retaining the filed image in the submitted data row, as expected

    The 'State Form Task Scheduler' is modified to allow "Key Pair" user authentication for enhanced security when sending a "State Form Definition" file, to an "FTP/SFTP" server.
  • State Form Task Files - ECP servers
    "State Form Definition" file compiles that are scheduled to run as a task via the "System Task Scheduler", have been updated to execute on the "ECP" server when systems are configured with an "ECP" server to run reports and other processes
  • State Form Definition Files - sub records
    An issue is resolved compiling "State Form Definition" files that contain multiple sub-records.
  • State Form File Generation - Compiles
    An issue is resolved to ensure successful compiling a definition in form "State Form File Generation" if the user has double quotes in the "User Description" field of their "UserID" record in form "User Definition". An issue is also resolved ensuring successful compiling of a state form definition file if the "Additional SQL Selection" column of the record contained a SQL statement that included the "GROUP BY" command.

Product Update Form Description
The following modifications are made to the State Form Tools: 1) The 'State Form Task Scheduler' SFTP functionality is modified to allow key pair authentication. 2) Compiles that are run using the System Task Scheduler will now be run on ECP servers if available. 3) An issue is resolved where compiling a definition would error for users with double quotes in their username. 4) The error [SUBSCRIPT]RecurseCreateXML+23^GUISFCompileUtils that could occur in XML records with many levels of subrecords is resolved. 5) An SQL error that could be received when using the GROUP BY command is resolved.

    An issue is resolved to ensure when the 'Episode Number' is used a parameter in the 'State Form Button Mapping' form, that the episode number is populated in the modeled form when the "Populate" button is clicked

    The use of "State Form Button Mapping" is updated to support modeled form event logic, so that events already defined on fields trigger when populated

    An issue is resolved to ensure that when the clients "Date of Death" is used to calculate a clients age, that the client header displays the calculated age accurately whether a user enters an 'Episodic' or a "Non Episodic" form

The following issues are resolved: [ILLEGAL VALUE]FileSubData+17^GUIRADplusUser during User File Import in systems where the Supplemental information form section is enabled and 'Date of Hire' or 'Date of Birth' is completed for some of the Avatar Users in the import file. The message 'Date of Service must be answered before this field can be accessed.' is incorrectly given for User Modeled forms where the primary table has Service Documentation enabled, but Service Documentation is not in use on the form. An issue where a consumer's Age in the Client Header may change when entering episode based forms versus non-episode based forms is resolved; following RADplus2018 #115, Age is calculated to stop at any Date of Death entered to the SYSTEM.discharge_data_other table via the "Discharge" form.

  • 'Team Assignment' is enhanced to no longer allow inactive teams in the drop down search.
    When adding a team to a client, the drop down Team search will no longer include any inactive teams. In addition, the 'Form and Table Documentation' form is updated for 'Client Team Assignment' SQL tables. SQL table SYSTEM.admission_data_other.team_assignment_code will be cleared for all client admissions where it matches a deleted team.

Product Update Form Description
"Client Team Assignment" is enhanced as follows: 1) Inactive Teams will no longer display in the 'Team Assignment' drop down lists. 2) When a team is deleted, the 'SYSTEM.admission_data_other' SQL table team_assignment_code field will be cleared for all client admissions. Note: Avatar PM 2022 Update 56 must also be installed to fully support this functionality.

    The 'Form Designer' form now allows a user to select and modify the 'Table Definition', 'Form Definition', 'Envelope Definition', 'Report Definition', and 'Site Specific Section Modeling' forms. In addition, the Netsmart product design layout of a form used when reverting changes to the "Netsmart Produced Changes" via "Form Designer", has been updated in the "Form Definition" form. The change includes expanding the size of "Multi-Select" dictionary field boxes in the "Event Definition" section of the form for increased visibility of dictionary values selections within each field

An issue is resolved in the 'Form Designer' form where the field 'Other System Codes to File Form Designer Changes to' will sometimes display invalid system codes. The following enhancements are added: the 'Form Designer' form now allows any user to select and modify the 'Table Definition', 'Form Definition', 'Envelope Definition', 'Report Definition', and 'Site Specific Section Modeling' forms; the product design of the 'Form Definition' form is updated with new and expanded fields.

    In the Order Entry Console (Home Medications section), a new button called 'Notify Attending Practitioner' is added when the registry setting 'Prevent Admission Med Reconciliation if med history not completed on Home Meds' is set to "Y". This button launches a dialog that allows the user to send a notification to the client's 'Attending Practitioner' (or another practitioner) to inform that practitioner that the Home Medications section is complete and ready for Admission Med Reconciliation.
    Avatar OE 2022 Update 47 is required for full functionality. Also note that an Avatar NX Release 2022.09.00 must also be installed to make use of this functionality. Also note that this functionality is available only in myAvatar NX.

  • Document Routing - 'Create Document Only'
    An issue is resolved in "myAvatar" where the 'Route Document To' screen was still presented to a user during document routing, even though the setting 'Create Document Only' was set to 'Yes' in form "Document Routing Setup". Please Note: This issue will be resolved for "Avatar NX", in a future "Avatar NX User Interface" release
  • Document Routing - Co-signer
    An issue is resolved routing a progress note with a note type that requires a co-signer and the 'Skip Display of Document Image' was set to 'No' in the "Document Routing Setup" form. When selecting 'Cancel' on the 'Route Document To' screen and then attempting to route again, this will ensure the user selects an approver to co-sign.

The following issues are resolved: 1) An issue where routing a document with 'Create Document Only' set to 'Yes' provides the user with the 'Route Document To' screen. 2) An issue where despite 'Default From Last Filing' being selected under 'Notification List Defaults' in 'Document Routing Setup', routing a document would not default the last filed staff member or user under 'Notify'. 3) When routing a progress note with a note type that requires a co-signer with 'Skip Display of Document Image' set to 'No', selecting 'Cancel' on the 'Route Document To' screen and attempting to route again allows the user to submit without selecting an approver.

    The 'Allow Users Access To All Forms on NX 'All Documents' Widget' registry setting is added.
    When set to "Y", the user may view all forms on the Documentation View and 'All Documents' widget per the configuration of the 'All Documents' widget displayed, regardless of individual form access permissions configured in 'User Definition' or 'User Role Definition'. When set to "N", the user's form access permissions will apply to the list of forms on the Documentation View, suppressing the forms to which the user does not have either read or read/write permission.
