    An error is resolved that could cause the 'State Forms Dictionary Code' field to fail to populate on re-entry of the 'State Form Field Translation' form.

    An issue is resolved to ensure the namespace connection validation check is successful when the process runs in the "Application Namespace Connection Validation" form

Product Update Form Description
The following issues are resolved: 1) An error could cause the namespace connection validation check to fail to run. 2) An error is corrected which could cause the 'State Forms Dictionary Code' field to fail to populate on re-entry of the 'State Form Field Translation' form. 3) The error '[UNDEFINED]ValidatePackageMappings+29^GUIConnectionsCheck *Packages("DW")' could occur when opening the 'Netsmart Conversion' form. 4) An error is corrected that could cause existing package mapping definitions to be deleted.

  • Cache - process cleanup
    The cache background cleanup process routine is updated to look for stray 3rd party application processes (such as the "DBeaver "database query application) that may be still running long after the query has completed, and remove them.

    The system is updated to ensure that the clients name displays accurately in the "My Clients" widget, as well as the client "Header" and client "Tab" when forms are opened. Please Note: Middleware release "RADplus Client Update 2022.01.00.build-3328" or higher is required for full functionality

An issue is resolved with the format of patient names with prefixes when the registry setting 'Display Name As Last,First' is enabled. Requires middleware version 3328 or higher.

  • Root System Code - creation
    The "Root" system code creation process is updated to address the following: An issue where "Form bundles" were not correctly copied to the new system codes during the process. An issue where document "Form types/categories" were not copied during the process. An issue where the "Order Entry" questions and setup order codes added via the "Ask On Order Entry Definition" form, were not copied during the process. An issue where users could not connect to "RxConnect", after the creation of a new root system code. An issue where not all forms available for "Data Trail Configuration" selection were during the process. In addition, "Avatar Identity Manager" enabled systems are updated to ensure that the registry setting "Enable Avatar Identity Manager" is set to "N" in the new root system code by default, so that "Avatar Identity Manager" can be manually configured
  • Root System Code - Facility numbers
    The new root system code utility is enhanced to forbid the creation of root system codes with facility numbers that have belonged to root system codes which have been removed.

The following issues with the new root system code utility are resolved: 1) Form bundles are not correctly copied to the new system codes. 2) Form types/categories are not copied to the new system codes. 3) The 'Enable Avatar Identity Manager' registry setting is not set to 'N' in the new system codes. 4) Order code indices are not setup in the new system codes. 5) Questions defined in the 'Ask on Order Entry Definition' form are not copied to the new system codes. 6) Incorrect facility numbers are set in the 'Facility Defaults' form of the new system codes. 7) The data trail configuration of non-modeled CWS/MSO forms are not copied to the new system codes. The new root system code utility is also enhanced to support future functionality.

Product Update Form Description
The following issues are resolved: 1) Cosigning on the 'Sign' tab of the 'My To Do's' widget does not update the DocR.document_history table correctly. 2) To dos showing on the 'Sign' tab of the 'My To Do's' widget for programs not assigned to the logged in system code. 3) The error '[SUBSCRIPT]LicenseAndConnection+16^GUIMetricCalls2' when clicking the 'Test Metrics Collections' button on the 'Guardiant' form.
