State Form File - Output
An issue is resolved where "State Form Definition" files set up to be auto-generated via the "State Form Task Schedule" and "System Task Scheduler forms", did not output a "Carriage Return/Line-feed" after each row of data in the file, when applicable

State Form Definition - XML Header Tags
A new selection is added to the "Definition Options" field on the "State Form Definition" form, called 'Remove XML Declaration'. This gives a user the ability to exclude the "XML declaration" header tag that normally displays as the first line in the output of an "XML" type state form definition file

Avatar RADplus modeled forms are enhanced to support optionally making inputting a future date on modeled form date fields an error, and 'Site Specific Section Modeling' is enhanced to allow controlling the behavior of date fields when a future date is entered, optionally accepting the date, displaying a warning, or displaying an error. This new 'Site Specific Section Modeling' enhancement is only available for those date fields that have been enhanced in separate updates in other products.

The "Define Record Data Elements Grid" of the "State Form Definition" form is modified to allow formatting options to be applied to fields referenced in "Default Error Message" field when used in conjunction with the "Forced Error Message" field

An issue is resolved in form 'User Role Definition', where users were not warned during form submission that they had selected a document for access in the "Document Management" section of the form which did not exist in the system code they had selected in the "Select Codes To Copy User Role To" field
In addition, the 'User Role File Import' form will warn users if a document contained in the import file, does not exist in the current system code

'Console Widget Configuration' enhanced to allow 'Preferred Forms' selection to display in the 'Console Widget'.
A new field, 'Preferred Forms' is added to the 'Console Widget Configuration' form. This multiple select field allows a facility to select which forms will display first in the 'Console Widget Configuration'. These forms will display as bold text to indicate they are preferred.
In addition, the 'New Record' dropdown in the 'Console Widget' will sort by the form name rather than the Form ID. As indicated above, all 'Preferred Forms' will display at the top of the list in form name order within the 'Preferred Forms' grouping, followed by the remaining forms, also in form name order.

The 'Preferred Forms' multiple selection field is added to the 'Multiple Form Widget' section of the 'Console Widget Configuration' form. It enables the user to select forms to appear at the top of the 'New Record' dropdown menu displayed on Multiple Form Widgets. In addition, forms appearing in the 'New Record' dropdown are in alphabetical order.
