Task List - Allow Tasks To Only Be Completed By The Allowed Users
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
- Orders This Episode
- Practitioner Enrollment
- Task Associations
- Task Definitions
- Task Frequency
Scenario 1: Task List - Allow Tasks To Only Be Completed By The Allowed Users
Specific Setup:
- At least two practitioner categories must exist. (Practitioner Category A) (Practitioner Category B)
- Two users must exist. (User A) (User B)
- In the 'Practitioner Enrollment' form "User A" must have the 'Practitioner Category' field set to "Practitioner Category A".
- In the 'Practitioner Enrollment' form "User B" must have the 'Practitioner Category' field set to "Practitioner Category B".
- A frequency code, with scheduled administration times at 0900 and 2100, must exist. (Frequency Code A)
- A task frequency code must exist that is set up to be related to "Frequency Code A" in the 'Task Frequency' form. (Task Frequency Code A)
- A task must exist. (Task A)
- In the 'Task Definitions' form, "Task A" must be defined with the following settings:
- 'Default Frequency' = "Task Frequency Code A"
- 'Default Staff Categories' = "Practitioner Category A"
- A pharmacy-type order code must exist. (Order Code A)
- In the 'Task Associations' form, "Task A" must be associated via 'Order Entry' to "Order Code A".
- A client must have an active episode. (Client A)
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
Steps
- While logged in as "User A", select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select "Order Code A" from the 'New Order' field.
- Select "Frequency Code A" from the 'Freq' field.
- Populate any remaining required fields, click [Add to Scratchpad] and [Sign].
- Access the 'Task List' widget.
- Search for and select "Client A" from the 'Search Patients' field.
- Validate that under the '2100' cell, for the current date, a task for "Task A" is visible.
- Hover over "Task A" and validate that options for "Complete", "Mark as Attempted" and "Dismiss" are all available.
- Log out of the application and then log back in as "User B".
- Access the 'Task List' widget.
- Search for and select "Client A" from the 'Search Patients' field.
- Validate that under the '2100' cell, for the current date, no task for "Task A" is visible.
- Select "All Tasks" from the 'Tasks' field
- Validate that under the '2100' cell, for the current date, a task for "Task A" is now visible.
- Hover over "Task A" and validate that options for "Complete", "Mark as Attempted" and "Dismiss" are not available and instead, text stating "Task may not be completed by the current login user." is displayed.
- Click on "Task A" and validate that "Task may not be completed by the current login user." is still displayed and then click [X].

OE NX - Order Enter Console - Scratchpad - Sort By Start Date

Scenario 1: OE NX - Sorting Orders by 'Start Date' and 'Stop Date'
Specific Setup:
- The 'Default to Client Reported' checkbox must be checked in the 'Order Entry User Definition' form for the logged in user.
- Please log out of the application and log back in after completing the above configuration.
- A client must have an active episode. (Client A)
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form, as well as information filed in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form, and in the ‘Diagnosis’ form.
Steps
- Select “Client A” and access the Order Entry Console.
- Create 3 orders.
- Click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Sort by 'Start Date' and click on the 3rd order in the 'Scratchpad'.
- Validate the selected order remains on the 3rd row.
- Click [Sign].
- Access the ‘Home Medications’ tab.
- Uncheck 'Client Reported' checkbox.
- Create 3 orders.
- Click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Sort by 'Start Date' and click on the 3rd order in the 'Scratchpad'.
- Validate the selected order remains on the 3rd row.
- Click [Final Review], and [Sign].
