Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:

Scenario 1: Admission (Outpatient) - Admit New Client
Steps
- Access the 'Admission (Outpatient)' form.
- Enter the desired value in the 'Last Name' field.
- Enter the desired value in the 'First Name' field.
- Select any value in the 'Sex' field.
- Click [Search], [New Client], and [Yes].
- Enter any value in the 'Date of Birth' field.
- Enter any value in the 'Preadmit/Admission Date' field.
- Enter any value in the 'Preadmit/Admission Time' field.
- Select any value in the 'Type of Admission' field.
- Right-click on the 'Source of Admission' field.
- Validate a 'Source of Admission' dialog stating: "Update Dictionary?"
- Click [Yes].
- Click [New Row].
- Enter any value in the 'Dictionary Code' field.
- Enter any value in the 'Dictionary Value' field.
- Select "Yes" in the 'Active' field.
- Select any value in the 'Source Of Admission' field.
- Click [Save].
- Validate a 'Save successful' dialog stating: "Exiting grid." and click [OK].
- Validate the new value is present in the 'Source Of Admission' field.
- Right-click on the 'Admitting Practitioner' field.
- Validate the browser context menu displays.
- Right-click on the 'Treatment Service' field.
- Validate nothing happens since this field is disabled.
- Populate any required and desired fields.
- Click [Submit].
Scenario 2: Treatment Plan - Verify 'Problem List'
Specific Setup:
- A client must be enrolled in an existing episode and have one or more problems that have been entered in the 'Problem List' form. (Client A)
- "Client A" has a "Draft" of the 'Treatment Plan' filed (Plan A).
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Treatment Plan' form.
- Select "Plan A" and click [Edit].
- Right-click on the 'Plan Type' field.
- Validate a 'Plan Type' dialog stating: "Update Dictionary?"
- Click [Yes].
- Click [New Row].
- Enter any value in the 'Dictionary Code' field.
- Enter any value in the 'Dictionary Value' field.
- Select "Yes" in the 'Active' field.
- Click [Save].
- Validate a 'Save successful' dialog stating: "Exiting grid." and click [OK].
- Validate the new value is present in the 'Plan Type' field.
- Click on any problem in the 'Problem List' grid.
- Navigate to the 'DSM/ICD Code' column.
- Click [View].
- Validate the ICD10 Code item is equal to "Populated with the associated ICD10 code".
- Validate the ICD10 Description item is equal to "ICD10 description".
- Click [System Notes] - View button.
- Validate the 'Action' column is equal to "Action related to the problem".
- Validate the 'Date' column is equal to "Action date".
- Validate the 'Status' column is equal to "Status of problem".
- Validate the 'User' column is equal to "User logged in at time of action".
- Validate the 'From' column is equal to "From or option from which the action was created".
- Close the form.

Steps
- Navigate to the 'My Calendar' widget.
- Access the 'My Activity' hamburger menu.
- Validate the 'My Calendar' widget resizes as expected.
- Click between the "Month", "Week" and "Day" views and validate they display as expected.
- Right click on the appointment for "Client A".
- Click [Progress Notes (Group and Individual)]
- Validate the 'Select Client' field contains "Client A".
- Select any value in the 'Note Type' field.
- Validate the 'Practitioner' field contains "Practitioner A".
- Populate all required and desired fields.
- Click [Submit Note] and [Sign].
- Validate the Progress Notes dialog stating "Note filed."
- Click [OK].
- Right click on the appointment for "Client B".
- Click [Progress Notes (Group and Individual)]
- Validate the 'Select Client' field contains "Client B".
- Select any value in the 'Note Type' field.

- Clear the 'Every Nth Hour' field and press the 'Tab' key.
- Validate the 'Every Nth Minute' field is enabled.
- Validate the 'Times/24 Hours' field is cleared.
- Make any desired changes.
- Click [Submit].
- Validate that a 'Form Return' dialog stating: "Submitting has completed. Do you wish to return to form?"
- Click [No].

- Click [Dismiss].
Scenario 2: Scheduling Calendar - Find New Appointment
Specific Setup:
- A client must be enrolled in an existing episode.
- A staff member must have hours defined for the current date.
- Multiple sites must be defined and have appointments on file for any staff member.
Steps
- Access the 'Scheduling Calendar' form.
- Click [Find New Appointment].
- Click [T] in the 'Search Start Date' field.
- Click [Find New Appointment].
- Validate a 'Find New Appointment' window is displayed with all available time slots.
- Validate the sites in the 'Search Sites' field are displayed above the list of appointments with a vertical scroll bar.
- Select any available slot.
- Click [OK].
- Validate the 'Appointment Details' window is displayed.
- Validate the 'Appointment Site' field contains the site selected.
- Validate the 'Appointment Date' field contains the current date.
- Validate the 'Appointment Start Time' and 'Appointment End Time' fields contain the time selected.
- Enter the desired client in the 'Client' field.
- Enter the desired value in the 'Service Code' field.
- Click [Submit].
- Validate the 'Appointment Grid' contains the new appointment.
- Click [Dismiss].

- Click [Add New Problem].
- Populate any required and desired fields.
- Click [Return to Plan] and [OK].

- Access the 'User Menu'.
- Select "Preferences" from the 'User Menu'.
- Select "Normal" in the 'To Do's' field and click [Save].
- Access the 'My Activity' hamburger menu.
- Select the 'To Dos' tab.
- Take note of the count for the 'To Do's'.
- Click [Review To Do Item] for "Client A".
- Validate the form opens as expected.
- Select "Reviewed" in the 'Set To Do Item to Reviewed' field and click [Submit].
- Validate the 'To Do' for "Client A" is no longer present and the count refreshes.
- Close the 'My Activity' hamburger menu.
- Access the 'Treatment Plan' form.
- Enter the desired date in the 'Plan Date' field.
- Select any value in the 'Plan Type' field.
- Select "Draft" in the 'Treatment Plan Status' field.
- Click [Launch Plan].

Specific Setup:
- A user is a staff member and has the 'My To Do's' widget on their myDay view (User A).
- Document routing is enabled for the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
- A client must be enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
- Log in as "User A".
Steps
- Access the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
- Select "Client A" in the 'Select Client' field.
- Select "Independent Note" in the 'Progress Note For' field.
- Select the desired value in the 'Note Type' field.
- Enter the desired value in the 'Notes Field' field.
- Select "Final" in the 'Draft/Final' field.
- Click [Submit Note].
- Validate that the 'Confirm Document' dialog is displayed with the progress note data, including an electronic signature at the bottom for the current user/staff member as the Author.
- Click [Accept and Route].
- Validate the 'Route Document To' dialog is displayed.

Scenario 1: OE NX - Admission Medication Reconciliation - Taper/Titrate - Calendar
Specific Setup:
- A client must have an inpatient episode whose program or unit are configured in the ‘External Pharmacy Setup’ form. (Client A)
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
Steps
- Select “Client A” and access the Order Entry Console.
- Select the ‘Admission Medication Reconciliation’ tab.
- Create a Taper/Titrate order with at least 2 steps.
- Click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Select the second step from the 'Scratchpad'.
- Click [Custom] next to the 'Frequency' field.
- Verify the 'Custom Administration' dialog is displayed.
- Set the first 'Scheduled Administration Time' field to "0900" and press Tab.
- Set the second 'Scheduled Administration Time' field to "0900" and press Tab.
- Validate a error message is displayed containing 'Administration times cannot be repeated'.
- Click [Ok] and click [Save].
- Validate 'Start Date' and 'Start Time' fields contain their original values.

Steps
- Select “Client A” and access the Order Entry Console.
- Create a Taper/Titrate order with 3 steps for a pharmacy-type order code each for 7 days.
- Click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Select the second step from the 'Scratchpad'.
- Click [Custom] next to the 'Frequency' field.
- Verify the 'Custom Administration' dialog is displayed.

- Select "Client A", access the Order Entry Console, and plug in the iButton.

OE NX - Home Medications - Status filter
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
Scenario 1: OE NX - Home Medications - Active + Expired + Pending
Specific Setup:
- The 'Avatar Order Entry->Facility Defaults->Client Profile->->->OE Console (Home Meds section) Default Order Status Filter' registry setting must be set to "2".
- Please log out and back into the application after completing the above
- A client must have an active episode. (Client A)
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Diagnosis’ form.
- "Client A" must have 3 orders created on the Home Medications tab of the Order Entry Console, where each order has a different 'Status' : "Active", "Expired", "Pending".
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Access the 'Home Medications' tab.
- Validate the 'Status' field contains "Active + Expired + Pending".
- Validate orders of each 'Status' display: "Active", "Expired", "Pending".
