OE NX - Home Medications - Validate
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
Scenario 1: OE NX - Home Medications - Validate orders
Specific Setup:
- A client must have an active episode. (Client A).
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Diagnosis’ form.
- 2 Users must exist, one who requires orders to be validated (User A) and one who can validate orders (User B).
- Begin this test logged in as "User A".
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Click the 'Home Medications' tab.
- Create an order and validate that it requires validation.
- Log out of the application and log back in as "User B".
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Click the 'Home Medications' tab.
- Select the order created and click [Validate].
- Validate the order has successfully been validated.
