OE NX - Compound Medications
The 'Order Code Setup' and 'Recipe Maintenance' forms are updated to allow for the creation of compound medication 'Order Codes' and 'Recipes; and the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section) is updated to support the creation of orders for compound medications. Such compound medication orders are fully supported in "external pharmacy mode", and can be supported when orders are being sent to RxConnect, with appropriate setup.
Note: myAvatar Client Update 2022.03.00 must also be installed to enable this functionality. Also note that this functionality is available only in myAvatar NX. Additionally, Avatar HL7 update 2 is required for compatibility with RxConnect Avatar CareFabcir 2022
Update 8 is required to send orders to OrderConnect in External Pharmacy Mode.
