Form Submission
Scenario 1: 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' with document routing enabled - New Service Note
Specific Setup:
- Document Routing must be enabled on the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
- The 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form must be added to 'Chart View', if utilizing Avatar NX please set up the "All Document Widget".
Steps
- Access the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
- Enter "Client A" in the 'Select Client' field.
- Select any value from the 'Select Episode' field.
- Select "New Service" from the 'Progress Notes For' field.
- Enter any required and desired fields.
- Select "Final" from the 'Draft/Final' field and click [File Note].
- Validate the "Document Routing" dialog displays.
- Click [Accept and Route] and Validate a "Verify Password" dialog is displayed.
- Enter the password and press the 'Enter' key.
- Search for and select the staff member associated to the logged in user.
- Click [Add], and [Submit].
- Validate a message is displayed stating "Note Filed", click [OK], and close the form.
- Access the 'My To Do's' widget.
- Validate the previously filed note is in the 'Documents to Sign' column.
- Click [Review], [Accept], and [Sign].
- Enter password and press the 'Enter' key.
- Validate the note is no longer in the 'Documents to Sign' section.
Scenario 2: Diagnosis - Diagnosis Entry
Specific Setup:
- Client must be enrolled in an active episode (Client A).
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the ‘Diagnosis’ form.
- Select the diagnosis row to edit.
- Click [Edit].
- Click [New Row].
- Enter a search value in ‘Diagnosis Search’.
- Click [Q].
- Select any value in the search results.
- Enter data for other fields as desired.
- Click [New Row].
- Enter a search value in ‘Diagnosis Search’.
- Press ‘Enter’ key.
- Select any value in the search results.
- Enter data for other fields as desired.
- Click [Submit].
- Open ‘Diagnosis’ for the client.
- Select the diagnosis row that was edited.
- Validate the data in the two rows that were added.
- Close the form.
- Open ‘Diagnosis’ for the client.
- Click [Add].
- Select the ‘Type Of Diagnosis’.
- Enter a ‘Date of Diagnosis’.
- Enter a ‘Time of Diagnosis’.
- Click [New Row].
- Enter a search value in ‘Diagnosis Search’.
- Click [Q].
- Select any value in the search results.
- Enter data for other fields as desired.
- Click [New Row].
- Enter a search value in ‘Diagnosis Search’.
- Press ‘Enter’ key.
- Select any value in the search results.
- Enter data for other fields as desired.
- Click [Submit].
- Open ‘Diagnosis’ for the client.
- Select the diagnosis row that was added.
- Validate the data in the two rows that were added.
- Close the form.
Scenario 3: Treatment Plan - Form Validations
Specific Setup:
- A client is enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
- Document Routing is enabled on the 'Treatment Plan' Form.
- 'My To Do's' widget is enabled on the 'myDay' view.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Treatment Plan' form.
- Select desired date in the 'Plan Date' field.
- Select the desired value in the 'Plan Type' field.
- Select "Draft" in the 'Treatment Plan Status' field.
- Validate the 'Problems' label displays above the 'Problems' grid.
- Validate the 'Plan Participants' label displays above the 'Plan Participants' grid.
- Populate any desired fields.
- Click [Submit].
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Treatment Plan' form.
- Verify the plan filed in the previous steps.
- Click [Launch Plan] and [Add New Problem].
- Populate required and desired fields.
- Enter a very long string of characters in the 'Problem' field.
- Click [Add New Goal].
- Enter a very long string of characters in the 'Goal' field.
- Click [Add New Objective].
- Enter a very long string of characters in the 'Objective' field.
- Click [Add New Intervention].
- Enter a very long string of characters in the 'Intervention' field.
- Check off the 'Wrap Text' field.
- Validate the text is wrapped.
- Uncheck the 'Wrap Text' field.
- Validate the text is not wrapped.
- Click [Return to Plan] and [OK].
- Click [Final - Treatment Plan Status] and [Submit].
- Sign the plan.
- Select "Client A" and navigate to 'To Do's' widget.
- Verify the 'Documents to Sign' field contains the Treatment Plan filed in the previous steps.
- Click [Review].
- Verify the 'Document Preview' contains the information filed in the previous steps.
- Click [Sign] and [Close].
