Form Submission
Scenario 1: 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' with document routing enabled - New Service Note
Specific Setup:
  • Document Routing must be enabled on the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
  • The 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form must be added to 'Chart View', if utilizing Avatar NX please set up the "All Document Widget".
Steps
  1. Access the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
  2. Enter "Client A" in the 'Select Client' field.
  3. Select any value from the 'Select Episode' field.
  4. Select "New Service" from the 'Progress Notes For' field.
  5. Enter any required and desired fields.
  6. Select "Final" from the 'Draft/Final' field and click [File Note].
  7. Validate the "Document Routing" dialog displays.
  8. Click [Accept and Route] and Validate a "Verify Password" dialog is displayed.
  9. Enter the password and press the 'Enter' key.
  10. Search for and select the staff member associated to the logged in user.
  11. Click [Add], and [Submit].
  12. Validate a message is displayed stating "Note Filed", click [OK], and close the form.
  13. Access the 'My To Do's' widget.
  14. Validate the previously filed note is in the 'Documents to Sign' column.
  15. Click [Review], [Accept], and [Sign].
  16. Enter password and press the 'Enter' key.
  17. Validate the note is no longer in the 'Documents to Sign' section.
Scenario 2: Diagnosis - Diagnosis Entry
Specific Setup:
  • Client must be enrolled in an active episode (Client A).
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" and access the ‘Diagnosis’ form.
  2. Select the diagnosis row to edit.
  3. Click [Edit].
  4. Click [New Row].
  5. Enter a search value in ‘Diagnosis Search’.
  6. Click [Q].
  7. Select any value in the search results.
  8. Enter data for other fields as desired.
  9. Click [New Row].
  10. Enter a search value in ‘Diagnosis Search’.
  11. Press ‘Enter’ key.
  12. Select any value in the search results.
  13. Enter data for other fields as desired.
  14. Click [Submit].
  15. Open ‘Diagnosis’ for the client.
  16. Select the diagnosis row that was edited.
  17. Validate the data in the two rows that were added.
  18. Close the form.
  19. Open ‘Diagnosis’ for the client.
  20. Click [Add].
  21. Select the ‘Type Of Diagnosis’.
  22. Enter a ‘Date of Diagnosis’.
  23. Enter a ‘Time of Diagnosis’.
  24. Click [New Row].
  25. Enter a search value in ‘Diagnosis Search’.
  26. Click [Q].
  27. Select any value in the search results.
  28. Enter data for other fields as desired.
  29. Click [New Row].
  30. Enter a search value in ‘Diagnosis Search’.
  31. Press ‘Enter’ key.
  32. Select any value in the search results.
  33. Enter data for other fields as desired.
  34. Click [Submit].
  35. Open ‘Diagnosis’ for the client.
  36. Select the diagnosis row that was added.
  37. Validate the data in the two rows that were added.
  38. Close the form.
Scenario 3: Treatment Plan - Form Validations
Specific Setup:
  • A client is enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
  • Document Routing is enabled on the 'Treatment Plan' Form.
  • 'My To Do's' widget is enabled on the 'myDay' view.
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" and access the 'Treatment Plan' form.
  2. Select desired date in the 'Plan Date' field.
  3. Select the desired value in the 'Plan Type' field.
  4. Select "Draft" in the 'Treatment Plan Status' field.
  5. Validate the 'Problems' label displays above the 'Problems' grid.
  6. Validate the 'Plan Participants' label displays above the 'Plan Participants' grid.
  7. Populate any desired fields.
  8. Click [Submit].
  9. Select "Client A" and access the 'Treatment Plan' form.
  10. Verify the plan filed in the previous steps.
  11. Click [Launch Plan] and [Add New Problem].
  12. Populate required and desired fields.
  13. Enter a very long string of characters in the 'Problem' field.
  14. Click [Add New Goal].
  15. Enter a very long string of characters in the 'Goal' field.
  16. Click [Add New Objective].
  17. Enter a very long string of characters in the 'Objective' field.
  18. Click [Add New Intervention].
  19. Enter a very long string of characters in the 'Intervention' field.
  20. Check off the 'Wrap Text' field.
  21. Validate the text is wrapped.
  22. Uncheck the 'Wrap Text' field.
  23. Validate the text is not wrapped.
  24. Click [Return to Plan] and [OK].
  25. Click [Final - Treatment Plan Status] and [Submit].
  26. Sign the plan.
  27. Select "Client A" and navigate to 'To Do's' widget.
  28. Verify the 'Documents to Sign' field contains the Treatment Plan filed in the previous steps.
  29. Click [Review].
  30. Verify the 'Document Preview' contains the information filed in the previous steps.
  31. Click [Sign] and [Close].
