OE NX - Start Date/Time fields are enabled for One Time Only non-pharmacy type orders.
An issue is resolved in the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section) to ensure the 'Start Date' and 'Start Time' fields are enabled for non-pharmacy orders when the selected frequency code is of type 'One Time Only'.
