Non-Episodic Treatment Plan - Assigned Services
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Treatment Plan
  • Treatment Plan (Non-Episodic)
Scenario 1: Treatment Plan (Interventions) - "Assigned Services" grid functionality
Specific Setup:
  • Client must be admitted to an active episode. (Client A).
  • Registry setting 'Avatar CWS->Treatment Plan->->->->Enable Service Entry Restriction by Client Treatment Plan' must be enabled.
  • Functionality should be tested on an episodic and non-episodic 'Treatment Plan' form.
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" from the 'Recent Clients' list and access the 'Treatment Plan' form.
  2. Click [Add].
  3. Set the 'Plan Date' field to the current date.
  4. Select any value in the 'Plan Type' field.
  5. Select any value from 'Problem List'.
  6. Enter any value in the 'Strengths' field.
  7. Enter any value in the 'Weakness' field.
  8. Enter any value in the 'Discharge Planning' field.
  9. Select "Draft" in the 'Draft/Final' field.
  10. Click [Launch Plan].
  11. Select the problem from the 'Tree View'.
  12. Select any value from the "Status" field.
  13. Click [Add New Goal].
  14. Enter any value in the 'Goal' field.
  15. Select any value from the "Status" field.
  16. Click [Add New Objective].
  17. Enter any value in the 'Objective' field.
  18. Select any value from the "Status" field.
  19. Click [Add New Intervention].
  20. Enter any value in the 'Intervention' text field.
  21. Select any value from the "Status" field.
  22. In the "Assigned Services" grid, click the [Add Service] button
  23. Populate the "Service Program" field
  24. Enter a search value in the "Service Code" field to bring up the listing of service code values
  25. Validate the search window is display with the first page of service codes list
  26. Click the innermost right arrow to navigate to the next page
  27. Validate the second page is displayed with service code values
  28. Repeat step 26 till the last page is displayed
  29. Validate each page is displayed with the expected service code values.
  30. Click the outermost right navigation arrow
  31. Validate the user is returned to the last page
  32. Click the outermost left navigation arrow
  33. Validate the user is returned to the first page
  34. Click any page number
  35. Validate the user is navigated to that page
  36. Select any service code
  37. Validate the service code field is populated as expected in the "Service Code" field
  38. Populate the "Frequency" field
  39. Populate the "Duration" field
  40. Click "Return To Plan"
  41. Click [Submit]
  42. Validate the plan submits successfully
  43. Launch the "Treatment Plan" form for the same client
  44. Click to edit the row just submitted
  45. Click [Launch Plan]
  46. Click the "Interventions" item on the plan tree
  47. Click "Add New Intervention"
  48. Enter any value in the 'Intervention' text field.
  49. Select any value from the "Status" field.
  50. In the "Assigned Services" grid, click the [Copy Service] button
  51. In the "Add Services From Other Intervention's" dialog box, choose the service added in the intervention previous submitted
  52. Click [Copy]
  53. Validate the "Assigned Services" grid columns are populated with the service information, as expected
  54. Select the "Assigned Services" row just added
  55. Click the [Delete Service] button
  56. Validate the service row is removed from the "Assigned Services" grid, as expected
