Avatar NX User Interface Update 2021.09.00.04 Acceptance Tests


OE NX - Home Medications - Multiple Sessions
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Order Entry Console
Scenario 1: OE NX - Home Medications - Multiple Sessions
Specific Setup:
  • Multiple instances of the Avatar NX must be used at the same time for this test.
  • A client must have an active episode. (Client A).
  • “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Diagnosis’ form.
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
  2. Click the 'Home Medications' tab.
  3. Search for and select "Advil 200 MG, Tablet, Oral " from the 'New Order' field.
  4. Set the 'Dose' field is equal to "2".
  5. Validate the 'Dose Unit' field is set to "Tablet".
  6. Select "TWICE A DAY" from the 'Frequency' field.
  7. Set the 'Days Supply' field to "12" and press Tab.
  8. Validate the 'Dispense Qty' field is equal to "48".
  9. Click [Add to Scratchpad], [Final Review], and [Sign].
  10. Switch to the second session.
  11. Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
  12. Click the 'Home Medications' tab.
  13. Validate the 'Order grid' contains an order for "Advil 200 MG ORAL Tablet Take two (2) tablets by mouth twice a day (Refills: 0, Disp. Qty: 48 Tablet)".
  14. Select the "Advil 200 MG ORAL" from the 'Order grid' and click [Modify].
  15. Set the 'Dose' field to "3".
  16. Click [Add to Scratchpad], [Final Review], and [Sign].
  17. Switch to the original session and click [Refresh].
  18. Validate the 'Order grid' contains an order for "Advil 200 MG ORAL Tablet Take three (3) tablets by mouth twice a day (Refills: 0, Disp. Qty: 72 Tablet)".

Med Note - Match Active Client
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • My Draft Notes
Scenario 1: Med Note - Match Active Client
Specific Setup:
  • User with existing Provider login credentials
  • User has a new client with existing appointment
  • User has at least 2 clients: client A and client B
  • The Medical Note widget is properly configured to allow setting and switching patients in context from a Client widget in the same view
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" and access 'Medical Note'.
  2. Validate that "Client A" is displayed in the 'Face Sheet'.
  3. Click 'My Draft Notes'.
  4. Validate notes for "Client B" and "Client C" are displayed.
  5. Select "Client B".
  6. Validate that "Client B" is displayed in the 'Face Sheet'.
  7. Refresh the 'Medical Note' widget.
  8. Validate that "Client B" remains displayed in the 'Face Sheet'.
  9. Click 'My Draft Notes'.
  10. Select "Client C".
  11. Validate that "Client C" is displayed in the 'Face Sheet'.
  12. Refresh the 'Medical Note' widget.
  13. Validate that "Client C" remains displayed in the 'Face Sheet'.
