Treatment Plan - Participation Section
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
- Treatment Plan
- Diagnosis
- Embedded IMO Search Dialog
- Allergies and Hypersensitivities
Scenario 1: Treatment Plan - File a Treatment Plan with Document Routing
Specific Setup:
- Client must be admitted into an active episode with problems recorded in 'Problem List' form (Client A).
- For full regression testing, file a treatment plan by a user with an apostrophe in the 'User Description' field of the 'User Definition' form.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Treatment Plan' form.
- Click [Add].
- Set the 'Plan Date' field to the current date.
- Select any value in the 'Plan Type' field.
- Select any value from 'Problem List'.
- Click [New Row].
- Select any value from the 'Role' field in the 'Participation' section.
- Select any value from the 'Staff ID' field.
- Validate that the selected staff member's name displays in the 'Participant Name' field.
- Select any value from the 'Plan Author' field.
- Select any value from the 'Notification' field,
- Add multiple staff members as needed.
- Enter any value in the 'Strengths' field.
- Enter any value in the 'Weakness' field.
- Enter any value in the 'Discharge Planning' field.
- Select "Draft" in the 'Draft/Final' field.
- Click [Launch Plan].
- Select the problem from the 'Tree View'.
- Select any value from the Status field.
- Click [Add New Goal].
- Enter any value (a large amount of data) in the 'Goal' field.
- Validate that the data wraps correctly and displays as expected.
- Select any value from the Status field.
- Click [Add New Objective].
- Enter any value (a large amount of data) in the 'Objective' field.
- Validate that the data wraps correctly and displays as expected.
- Select any value from the Status field.
- Click [Add New Intervention].
- Enter any value in the 'Intervention' field.
- Select any value from the Status field.
- Click [Return to Plan].
- Select "Final" in the 'Draft/Final' field.
- Click [Submit] and [Sign].
- Enter your password in the 'Enter Password' field and click [Verify].
Scenario 2: Undocked Diagnosis form - Validate Add Multiple Search
Specific Setup:
- Client must be enrolled in an active episode (Client A).
- Registry setting: Avatar PM->Client Information->Diagnosis->->->Enable Multiple Diagnosis Search must be set to "Yes"
Steps
- Select Client A from the 'My Clients' list and navigate to the 'Diagnosis' form.
- Click [Undock].
- Select “Admission” in "Type of Diagnosis".
- Validate that "Date Of Diagnosis" is auto-filled with admission date.
- Set the "Time of Diagnosis" field to any time.
- Click [New Row].
- Set "Diagnosis Search" to any diagnosis.
- Validate that the multiple diagnosis search screen displays as expected.
- Select a diagnosis from the search list.
- Validate that "Status" is “Active”.
- Validate that "Ranking" is “Primary”.
- Validate that "Bill Order" is “1”.
- Validate that “Present On Admission Indicator” is “Yes”.
- Select any value from the "Classification" drop down list field.
- Select any practitioner from the "Diagnosing Practitioner" field.
- Click [Submit].
Scenario 3: Allergies and Hypersensitivities - Client Header
Specific Setup:
- A Client must be admitted into an active episode who does not have any information filed in the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form. (Client A)
Steps
- Access the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form for "Client A".
- Click [Update].
- Click [New Row].
- Set the 'Allergen/Reactant' field to "shellfish" and press Tab.
- Validate the 'Allergen/Reactant' field is equal to "SHELLFISH (MDX-2891) (SNOMED=735029006) (MDX-2891)".
- Set the 'Date Recognized' field to the current date and press Tab.
- Validate the 'Date Recognized' field contains the current date.
- Double Click the 'Status' cell.
- Set the 'Status' cell to "Confirmed".
- Click [Save].
- Select 'Yes' in the' Allergies/Hypersensitivities Reviewed' field.
- Validate the 'Known Food Allergies' is set to "Yes".
- Set the 'Known Medication Allergies' form is set to "No"
- Click [Submit].
- Access the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form for "Client A".
- Validate the Client Header displays "Allergies (1) 1) SHELLFISH - Confirmed No Known Medication Allergies".
- Click [Update].
- Click [New Row].
- Set the 2nd 'Allergen/Reactant' field to "amoxicillin" and press Tab.
- Select "AMOXICILLIN (MDX-376) (RxNorm=723)" and click [Select].
- Set the 2nd 'Date Recognized' field to the current date and press Tab.
- Validate the 'Date Recognized' field is set to the current date
- Set the 'Status' field to "Confirmed".
- Click [Save].
- Validate the 'Known Medication Allergies' is set to "Yes".
- Select 'Yes' in the 'Allergies/Hypersensitivities Reviewed' field.
- Click [Submit].
- Access the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form for "Client A".
- Validate the Client Header displays "1) SHELLFISH - Confirmed 2) AMOXICILLIN - Confirmed".
- Click [Update].
- Select both rows created.
- Click [Delete Row].
- Validate a message displays stating "Are you sure you want to delete these rows?"
- Click [Yes].
- Click [Save].
- Select 'No' in the 'Known Medication Allergies' field.
- Select 'No' in the 'Known Food Allergies' field.
- Select 'Yes' in the 'Allergies/Hypersensitivities Reviewed' field.
- Click [Submit].
- Access the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form for "Client A".
- Validate the Client Header text contains "No Known Medication or Food Allergies".
