Discharge Med Reconciliation - Match same medications
In the Order Entry Console (Discharge Med Reconciliation section), support is added for displaying indicators alongside medications in the 'Inpatient Medications' list on the left and the 'Home Medications Scratchpad (Post Discharge)' on the right to show when items in the two lists are for the same medication, product strength, and dosage form. 4) In the Order Entry Console (Discharge Med Reconciliation section), pre-existing Home Medications listed in the Scratchpad can be configured to default or not default the 'Action' to "CONT" (Continue). This is configured via the new registry setting 'Default existing Home Meds to "Continue" in OE Console (Disch. Reconciliation)'.
