Document Routing - Adding and changing supervisors in 'Route Document To' screen
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:

- Individual Progress Note
Scenario 1: Document Routing - Accept and Route
Specific Setup:
- Client must be enrolled in an active episode (Client A).
- User must be associated with a staff member (Staff A).
Steps
- Select any client and access any 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form that has 'Document Routing' enabled.
- Select any episode from the 'Episode Selection' field.
- Select any value from the 'Progress Note For' field.
- Select any note type from the 'Note Type' field.
- Set the 'Notes Field' field to any value.
- Complete the remaining required fields.
- Select "Final" from the 'Draft/Final' field.
- Click [Submit Note].
- Click the [Sign and Route/Notify] and enter the logged in user's password in the 'Password' field.
- Click [Verify].
- Select any supervisor from the 'Supervisor' field and click [Add].
- Select a different supervisor from the 'Supervisor' field and click [Add].
- Validate that a 'Confirm' dialog is displayed stating "Any Supervisor" is the current supervisor in the list. Would you like to replace "Any Supervisor" with "Another Supervisor"?
- Click [Yes].
- Validate that the approver list updated as expected.
- Select the original supervisor from the 'Supervisor' field and click [Add].
- Validate that a 'Confirm' dialog is displayed stating "Any Supervisor" is the current supervisor in the list. Would you like to replace "Any Supervisor" with "Another Supervisor"?
- Click [Yes].
- Click [Submit].
- Validate that a 'Progress Notes' dialog is displayed stating 'Note Filed' and click [Ok].
- Click [Discard].

'Simultaneous Bundles' - Ability to cancel and close the form from the pre-display within the bundle

Scenario 1: Form Bundler: Create and File a New Simultaneous Bundle
Specific Setup:
- User must have access to the form 'Form Bundler' in User Definition.
- A client must be enrolled in an active episode (Client A).
Steps
- Access the 'Form Bundler' form.
- Validate a "Form Bundler" dialog is displayed stating: Edit Existing Form Bundle or Create New Form Bundle.
- Click [Create New] and [Print Current Menu].
- Validate a "Form Bundler" menu is displayed.
- Click [Dismiss].
- Enter any value (Form Bundle A) in the 'Form Bundle Description' field.
- Select any value from the 'Menu to Place Form Bundle Under' field.
- Select the 'Included Forms' tab.
- Click [Add New Item].
- Select any value (ex. 'Call Intake') from the 'Form' field.
- Click [Add New Item].
- Select any value of the same entity database as the one selected in the previous step (ex. 'Assign Permanent MR#') from the 'Form' field.
- Click [Submit].
- Access the 'Display Form Bundle' form.
- Select "All" from the 'Individual or All Form Bundles' field.
- Click [Process].
- Validate a Display Form Bundle report is displayed
- Validate the report displays "Form Bundle A".
- Click [Dismiss].
- Validate a "Form Return" dialog is displayed stating: Processing report has completed. Do you wish to return to form?
- Click [No].
- Select "Client A" and access the form bundle.
- Validate the form bundle opens under "Client A" with all forms in the bundle in numerical order
- Validate that each form opens when selected.
- Click [Cancel] on any form within the bundle
- Validate that the form closes.
- Compete each of the remaining forms in the bundle and click [Submit].
- Validate each form files successfully.

Specific Setup:

- Client A and Client B must be enrolled in an active episode and have appointments scheduled in form "Scheduling Calendar" for the current date at Site A.
- Have other users who are staff members defined on the system.
Steps
- Select "Client A" in the "My Clients" widget.
- Go down the list and click each client listed on the tab
- Validate each time the client is selected that their name is highlighted.
- Click on the "Staff" tab
- Go down the list and click each staff members name listed on the tab.
- Validate each time, the staff member is selected their name is highlighted
- Select the 'Site' tab.
- Select "Site A" in the "Search" field.
- Verify "Client A" and "Client B" are found and displayed as expected.
- Select "Client A".
- Validate that "Client A" is highlighted.

Steps
- Access the form 'System Security Defaults'.
- Select the 'Lock Application' in the 'Application Timeout Behavior' field.
- Set the 'Lock Screen Timeout (In Seconds)' field to "30".
- Click [Submit].
- Select any client from the 'My Clients List' and access any form that has Text Editor fields (ex. 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)').
- Select any episode from 'Select Episode' field.

- Open the 'Text Editor' on any free text field and enter data.
- Allow the "30" second inactivity timeout to pass.
- Validate that you receive the inactivity timeout warning and the screen locks.
- Enter your credentials and click [Unlock].
- Validate that the Text Editor screen appears as expected.
- Complete the form and click [Submit].
- Access the form 'System Security Defaults'.
- Select the 'Exit Application - Application Timeout Behavior' field.

Steps
- Select “Client A” and access the Order Entry Console.
- Set the ‘New Order’ field to "XANAX 1 MG TABLET ORAL".
- Set the ‘Dose’ field to "1".

Steps
- Start a note for a client with an existing appointment on today's date.
- Validate that the "Client Type" field is set to "New".
- Fill out the required fields and click [Save].
- Verify the Facesheet tab loads.
- Add or edit the "Psychiatry History" section under "Past Health History".
- Add or edit the "Family Psychiatry History" section under "Family Health History".
- Go to the Document tab.
- Fill out the required sections on the Document tab.
