OE NX - Ad Hoc Reconciliation
The Order Entry Console is enhanced to support Ad Hoc Medication Reconciliation. This functionality is enabled via the registry setting 'Enable Medication Reconciliation within the Order Entry Console', which also allows Admission and/or Discharge Medication Reconciliation to be enabled/disabled. Note: Ad Hoc Medication Reconciliation is available only in myAvatar NX and a myAvatar NX Release is also needed to make use of Ad Hoc Medication Reconciliation. In addition, an issue is resolved in the Order Entry Console (Orders This Episode section) where an order might be created with a 'Priority' that does not match the order's 'Frequency Code'. Avatar OE 2024 Update 31 must be installed in order to utilize this functionality.
