Specific Setup:
- A client must be enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
- A Documentation View must be set up on a user's view containing the 'All Documents' widget and the 'Console Widget Viewer' ('All Documents' view).
- A user defined assessment with a report configured must exist (Form A).
- "Form A" must have an 'IMO Diagnosis' search field configured (Field A).
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access 'Form A'.
- Populate all required fields.
- Enter and select the desired value in "Field A".
- Hover over "Field A" and validate the tool tip displays as expected.
- Click [Submit].
- Navigate to the 'All Documents' view.
- Select 'All Forms'.
- Select "Form A" in the 'Form Description' field.
- Validate the entry from the previous steps is present.
- Validate the 'Time' field displays.
- Select the entry and validate it displays in the 'Console Widget Viewer'.
- Validate the 'Launch Report' button exists.
- Click [Launch Report].
- Validate a report displays with the information filed in the previous steps.
- Close the report.

- "Order Code B" (Schedule III) that has 'Use as main Order Code on order' set to "No" and 'Base Component' set to "No"

- A consult-type order code must exist that has "Team A" selected in the 'Limit Consult 'Clinician Team' prompt to the following Team' field and the 'Limit Consult 'Clinician Name' Prompt to Staff members having the following Category' field must have multiple values selected and must have the value associated with the Staff Member associated with "User A" selected. (Consult Order Code A)
- A client must have an active episode. (Client A)
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.

- The 'Avatar Order Entry->Facility Defaults->Client Profile->->->Default existing Home Meds to "Continue" in OE Console (Disch. Reconciliation)' registry setting must be set to "Y".
- Please log out of the application and log back in after completing the above configuration.

- Set the 'Duration field to "10", click [Doses], and click [My Favorites Star].
- Refresh the page and click [My Favorites].
- Validate the row created for this order is the last row in the 'My Favorites' dialog.
- Validate the duration value exists in the corresponding row.
- Check the row for this order and click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Validate "10" is displayed in the 'Duration' field and [Doses] is selected.
- Validate the 'Start Date', 'Start Time', 'Stop Date', and 'Stop Time' fields contain the correct values.
- Populate all the other required fields.
- Click [Update Order] and validate that row in scratchpad does not have red flag for missing fields.

Scenario 1: OE NX - Home Medications - Notify Attending Practitioner
Specific Setup:
- The 'Avatar Order Entry->Facility Defaults->Medication Reconciliation->->->Prevent Admission Med Reconciliation if med history not completed on Home Meds' registry setting must be set to "Y".
- The 'Default to Client Reported in Home Medications' field in the 'Order Entry User Definition' form or the 'Order Entry User Role' form must have "Reported" checked.
- Please log out of the application and log back in after completing the above configuration.
- Three users must exist in the application. Two must have staff members associated to them that have full access to the application. (User A) (User B) and the other user must not have an associated staff member. (User C)
- A client must have an active inpatient episode that is configured with an 'Attending Practitioner' associated with staff member for "User B". (Client A)
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
- Must be logged in as "User A".
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Select the 'Home Medications' tab.
- Create a 'Reported' order.
- Validate the 'Order grid' contains the 'Reported' order.
- Check the 'Medication history reviewed and completed for Episode #' checkbox and click [Notify Attending Practitioner].
- Validate the 'Notify Attending Practitioner' dialog is displayed.
- Validate the 'Practitioner' field contains the staff member associated with "User B".
- Click [Send Notification].
- Access 'myDay'.
- Log out of the application and log back in as "User B".
- Access the 'My To Do's' widget.
- Click the 'Open To Do's' menu and select "Days in Queue" in the 'Sort By' field in the top right corner.
- Validate "Client A" is displayed at the top of the 'Entered Queue - Today' column for the current date.
- Validate the 'To Do' contains "From: User A".
- Click [Review To Do Item].
- Validate the 'To Do Information' field contains "Sent By: = User A".
- Check the 'Reviewed' checkbox.
- Click [Submit].
- Log out of the application and log back in as "User C".
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Select the 'Home Medications' tab.
- Validate the 'Medication history reviewed and completed for Episode #' checkbox is checked.
- Click [Notify Attending Practitioner].
- Validate the 'Notify Attending Practitioner' dialog is displayed.
- Validate the 'Practitioner' field contains the staff member associated with "User B".
- Click [Send Notification].
- Log out of the application and log back in as "User B".
- Access the 'My To Do's' widget.
- Click the 'Open To Do's' menu and select "Days in Queue" in the 'Sort By' field in the top right corner.

- Click [Review To Do Item].
- Validate the 'To Do Information' field contains "Sent By: = User C"

Scenario 1: OE NX - Orders This Episode - New Order - Schedule II - eRX cancel and complete with validation in OrderConnect
Specific Setup:
- A client must have an active inpatient episode whose program or unit are configured in the 'External Pharmacy Setup' form. (Client A)
- "Client A" must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, and the ‘Diagnosis’ form.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select a schedule II order code in the 'New Order' field.
- Populate the required fields and click [Add to Scratchpad] and [Final Review].
- Validate the 'Interactions' dialog is displayed.
- Override all interactions and click [Save Override and Exit].
- Validate the 'Final Review' dialog is displayed.
- Select "eRX" in the 'Output' field.
- Check the 'Ready to Sign' checkbox.
- Click [Cancel].
- Access the 'Home Medications' tab.
- Click the 'Prescriber's Queue' link.
- Validate OrderConnect is displayed.
- Click 'Resources'.
- Validate the 'Clinician Resources' dialog is displayed.
- Click 'EPCS Audit Events Report (For Prescribers Only)'.
- Validate the 'EPCS Audit Events Report' dialog is displayed.
- Select the current date in the 'From UTC Date' field.
- Validate the current date is in the 'To UTC Date' field and click [GO].
- Validate the 'EPCS Audit Event Report' is launched and contains an "Unmark Rx Ready-to-Sign" event for the Agency and Staff Member associated with the user who is logged into the application.
- Close the report and OrderConnect.
- Return to myAvatar NX and click 'Orders This Episode'.
- Validate the order is displayed in the 'Scratchpad'.
- Click [Final Review].
- Validate the 'Final Review' dialog is displayed.
- Select "eRx" in the 'Output' field.
- Check the 'Ready to Sign' checkbox and click [Sign].
- Validate the two-factor authentication screen is displayed.
- Enter all required fields and click [Enter].
- Enter the unique id and click [Enter].
- Validate the 'Order grid' contains the new order.
- Access the 'Home Medications' tab.
- Click the 'Prescriber's Queue' link.
- Validate OrderConnect is displayed.
- Click 'Resources'.
- Validate the 'Clinician Resources' dialog is displayed.
- Click 'EPCS Audit Events Report (For Prescribers Only)'

Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select "Order Group A" in the 'New Order' field.
- Validate the 'Order Group' dialog is displayed and contains "Order Code A".
- Validate the 'First Dose Date/Time' field is equal to "Today" and the current time rounded to the nearest half hour/hour.
- Fill in any missing fields and click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Select the order in the 'Scratchpad'.
- Validate the 'First Dose Date' field is equal to current date.
- Validate the 'First Dose Time' field is equal to the current time rounded to the nearest half hour/hour.
- Validate the 'Start Date' field is equal to the 'First Dose Date' field and is disabled.
- Validate the 'Start Time' field is equal to the 'First Dose Time' field and is disabled.
- Click [Cancel Update] and [Sign].
- Validate the 'Order grid' contains an order for "Order Code A".
- Access the 'eMAR' tab.
- Validate the order for "Order Code A" is displayed and that there is one scheduled administration time set to the nearest half hour/hour from the current time under the current date.

Scenario 1: OE NX - Order Entry Console - Create orders in Orders This Episode and Home Medications, Reconcile and Review in Admission Med Reconciliation and Review and Sign in Discharge Med Reconciliation
Specific Setup:
- The 'Avatar Order Entry->Facility Defaults->Medication Reconciliation->->->Enable Medication Reconciliation in the Order Entry Console' registry setting must be set to "3"
- The user logged into the application must have the 'Client Reported' checkbox checked in the 'Default to Client Reported in Home Medications' field in 'Order Entry User Definition'.
- Please log out of the application and log back in after completing the above configuration.
- Two clients must have active inpatient episodes whose programs or units are configured in the 'External Pharmacy Setup' form. (Client A and Client B)
- "Client A" and "Client B" must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
- "Client B" must have no active orders.
- For testing purposes the default 'Reason Codes' that come with the application were utilized.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select "AMBIEN 10 MG TABLET ORAL (Schedule IV)" in the 'New Order' field.
- Populate all required fields and click [Add to Scratchpad].

Specific Setup:
- The ‘Require Reason Text With This Reason Code’ extended attribute must be set to “Yes” in the Order Entry Tabled Files ‘(504) Reason Code Setup’ dictionary for any reason code (Reason Code A).
- At least two pharmacy type order codes must exist. (Order Code A) (Order Code B)
- A client must have an active inpatient episode. (Client A)
- "Client A" must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Select the 'Home Medication' tab and uncheck the 'Reported' checkbox.
- Search for and select "Order Code A" in the 'New Order' field.
- Populate the required fields.
- Select "Reason Code A" in the 'Reason' field and validate 'Reason Text' field is required and blank.
- Click [Add to Scratchpad] and validate there is a missing required field flag.
- Click the order from the scratchpad and populate the 'Reason Text' field.
- Click [Update Order] and [Final Review].
- Click [None] and then [Sign] in the 'Final Review' dialog.
- Select "Order Code A" from the 'Order grid' and click [Modify].
- Clear the 'Reason Text' field and click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Validate there is a missing required field flag.
- Click the order from the scratchpad and populate the 'Reason Text' field.
- Click [Update Order] and [Final Review].
- Click [None] and then [Sign] in the 'Final Review' dialog.
- Click [Edit Allergy] and add a new allergy for "Order Code B" with a 'Status' of "Confirmed".
- Click [Save] and [Discard].
- Select the 'Home Medication' tab and uncheck the 'Reported' checkbox.
- Search for and select "Order Code B" in the 'New Order' field.
- Validate that there is a hyperlink labeled "At least one warning has been found with this order code.".
- Populate the required fields.
- Click [Add to Scratchpad] and [Final Review].
- Provide an override to the interaction warning and click [Save and Close] and [Sign].
- Select "Order Code B" from the 'Order grid' and click [Modify].
- Validate the 'New Order' field is disabled.
- Click the 'Interaction Warning' hyperlink and validate the 'Interaction' dialog appears.
- Provide an override reason and click [Save Override and Exit].
- Validate 'New Order' field is still disabled.

- "User A" must be associated to a user role (Role A).

- Multiple clients must have active episodes (Client A and Client B).
- "Client B" must be part of "User A's" caseload.
- "Client A" must be part of "User B's" caseload.
Steps
- Login as "User A".
- Scroll from top to bottom of the 'My Clients' field and validate the scrolling is smooth.
- Search and select "Client A" in the 'What can I help you find?' field.
- Validate "Client A" is added in the 'Recent Client' field and displays highlighted with a green bar to show client in context.
- Validate "Client A" is in context in the client header.
- Deselect "Client A".
- Validate "Client A" still displays in the 'Recent Clients' field but is no longer in context.
- Select "Client A" and validate the additional field displays at the top of the 'Recent Clients' field.
- Right click on "Client A" and select "Open Dashboard".
- Validate 'Client Dashboard' slides in and displays as expected.
- Click [Close].
- Right click on "Client A" and select "Add to My Caseload".
- Validate a field is added at the top of the 'My Clients' field and displays "Client A" in context with a green bar.
- Right click on "Client A" in the 'My Clients' field and select "Remove From My Caseload".

- Access the 'Task List' widget.
- Search for and select "Client A" from the 'Search Patients' field.
- Validate that under the '2100' column, for the current date, a task for "Task A" is visible.
- Hover over "Task A" and validate that options for "Complete", "Mark as Attempted" and "Dismiss" are all available.
- Log out of the application and then log back in as "User B".
- Access the 'Task List' widget.
- Search for and select "Client A" from the 'Search Patients' field.
- Validate "My Tasks" is selected in the 'Tasks:' filter.
- Validate that only tasks that can be completed by the current user are displayed.
- Validate that under the '2100' column, for the current date, no task for "Task A" is visible.

- Validate that under the '2100' cell, for the current date, a task for "Task A" is now visible.

- Validate order information area contains the additional 'attempts' icon.
- Check the 'Select all orders' checkbox and select the radio button which has an 'additional attempts' icon and click [Administer].
- Validate the 'Dietary Administration' dialog is displayed.
- Select "Nurse Administered" from the 'Administration Event' field.
- Click [Address Alerts] and validate the 'Dietary Administration Warning' dialog is displayed.
- Override all the warnings and click [Save Overrides(s)], [Close] and [Sign].
- Validate the 'Overdue' column contains "Dietary Admin" without an 'additional attempt' icon.
- Click on the "Dietary Admin" link and validate the 'Nutrition Orders' dialog is displayed.
- Check the 'Select all orders' checkbox and click the edit icon present next to the date and time.
- Validate the 'Reschedule Administration Event' dialog is displayed and contains client information such as "Client", "Age", "DOB", "ID", and "LOC".
- Click [Cancel].
- Click the ellipsis in the Client card and select the 'View Task History'.
- Validate the 'Task History' dialog is displayed and contains client information such as "Client", "Age", "DOB", "ID" and "LOC".
- Click on the task edit icon next to the recently administered order.
- Validate the 'Edit Dietary Administration' dialog is displayed and contains client information such as "Client", "Age", "DOB", "ID" and "LOC".
- Click [Cancel].

OE NX - Order Entry Console - External Pharmacy - Open-Ended Order
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
- Orders This Episode
- Registry Settings (PM)
Scenario 1: OE NX - Orders This Episode - Pharmacy open ended orders (For Non-External Pharmacy)
Specific Setup:
- The 'Avatar Order Entry->Facility Defaults->Client Profile->->->Allow Open-Ended Orders' registry setting must be set "Y".
- Please log out of and back into the application after this configuration has been done.
- Two pharmacy-type order codes must exist. (Order Code A) (Order Code B)
- A client must have an active inpatient episode. (Client A)
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select "Order Code A" in the 'New Order' field.
- Fill out all required fields and click [Add to Scratchpad] and [Sign].
- Validate the 'Order grid' contains an order for "Order Code A".
- Select "Order Code A" from the 'Order grid' and click [Renew].
- Validate the 'Open Ended' field is enabled and "No" is pressed.
- Click [Yes].
- Validate the 'Renew' field "is disabled".
- Validate the 'New Stop Date' field "is disabled".
- Validate the 'New Stop Time' field "is disabled".
- Click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Validate the 'Scratchpad' contains an order for "Order Code A" with no missing required field flag.
- Click [Sign] and validate the 'Order grid' contains an order for "Order Code A".
- Validate the 'Stop Date' column contains no value for "Order Code A".
- Access the 'Registry Settings' form, set the 'Limit Registry Settings to the Following Search Criteria' field to "Allow Open-Ended Orders" and click [View Registry Settings].
- Select "Allow Open-Ended Orders Registry Setting Value:" and click [OK].
- Set the 'Registry Setting Value' to "N" and click [Submit].
- Validate the 'Registry Editor Filing' dialog contains "Results filing value N to Avatar Order Entry->Facility Defaults->Client Profile->->->Allow Open-Ended Orders" and click [OK].
- Validate the 'Form Return' dialog contains "Registry Settings has completed. Do you wish to return to form?" and click [No].
- Please log out of and back into the application.
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select "Order Code B" in the 'New Order' field.
- Fill out all required fields and click [Add to Scratchpad] and [Sign].
- Validate the 'Order grid' contains an order for "Order Code B".
- Select "Order Code B" from the 'Order grid' and click [Renew].
- Validate the 'Open Ended' field is disabled and "No" is pressed.

- Validate the 'Interactions' dialog is displayed.
- Override all interactions and click [Save Override and Exit].

- Select the order and click [Modify].
- Set the 'Duration' field to "20" and validate [Days] is pressed and click [Add to Scratchpad].
- Validate the 'Scratchpad' contains the order with a 'Start Date' of "01/01/2099" and a 'Stop Date' of "01/20/2099".
- Click [Sign].
- Validate the 'Interactions' dialog is displayed.
