Avatar NX - 'Progress Notes' widget
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Progress Notes (Group and Individual)
Scenario 1: Avatar NX - validate various dropdowns within the application
Specific Setup:
  • The logged in user (User A) must have the following widgets configured to a view (View A):
  • My Calendar, Coming In Today
  • The user must have the 'Progress Notes' widget configured on the 'Client Dashboard':
  • A Documentation View must be set up on a user's view containing the 'All Documents' widget and the 'Console Widget Viewer' ('All Documents' view).
  • A client (Client A) has a progress note filed for a particular note type (Note Type A).
Steps
  1. Navigate to the 'Coming In Today' widget.
  2. Click the 'Staff Calendars' tab.
  3. Click the 'Time-Slot Duration' field and validate the dropdown displays as expected.
  4. Navigate to the 'My Calendar' widget.
  5. Click the 'Time-Slot Duration' field and validate the dropdown displays as expected.
  6. Select "Client A" and access the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
  7. Scroll to each dropdown on the form and validate the dropdowns display as expected.
  8. Close the form.
  9. Access the 'All Documents' view.
  10. Click the 'Widget Selection' dropdown and validate the dropdown displays as expected.
  11. Launch the 'Client Dashboard'.
  12. Navigate to the 'Progress Notes' widget.
  13. Click the 'Selection' field and validate the dropdown displays as expected.
  14. Select "Note Type A" from the 'Selection field.
  15. Validate the progress note for "Note Type A" is displayed.
  16. Close the dashboard.
