Avatar NX - 'Scheduling Widget - Client Based'
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Scheduling Widget - Client Based
Scenario 1: 'Scheduling Widget - Client Based' - validate scheduling an appointment
Specific Setup:
  • A client must be enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
  • A practitioner must be defined (Practitioner A).
  • The 'Scheduling Widget - Client Based' widget must be configured to a view (View A).
  • An additional myDay view must be configured for the logged in user (View B).
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" and navigate to the 'Scheduling Widget - Client Based' widget on "View A".
  2. Click [Find New Appointment].
  3. Validate the 'Find New Appointment' form launches.
  4. Enter the desired future date in the 'Search Start Date' field.
  5. Click [Find New Appointment].
  6. Select the desired available appointment with "Practitioner A" and click [OK].
  7. Validate the 'Appointment Details' form launches with the appointment data populated.
  8. Select the desired episode from the 'Episode Number' field.
  9. Enter the desired value in the 'Service Code' field.
  10. Click [Submit].
  11. Launch the 'Scheduling Calendar'.
  12. Navigate to the date in the previous steps and validate the appointment displays as expected.
  13. Click [Dismiss].
  14. Refresh the 'Scheduling Widget - Client Based' widget.
  15. Validate the appointment displays as expected.
  16. Right click on the appointment in the widget.
  17. Click [Details/Edit].
  18. Validate the 'Appointment Details' form launches with the appointment data populated.
  19. Edit the 'Appointment Start Time' field.
  20. Click [Submit].
  21. Navigate to "View B" and then back to "View A".
  22. Validate the appointment displays as expected with the new time.
  23. Right click on the appointment in the widget.
  24. Click [Delete].
  25. Validate a 'Delete Appointment' dialog stating: "Are you sure?"
  26. Click [Yes].
  27. Navigate to "View B" and then back to "View A".
  28. Validate the appointment no longer displays.
  29. Launch the 'Scheduling Calendar'.
  30. Navigate to the date in the previous steps and validate the appointment does not display.
  31. Click [Dismiss].
