Task List - Launching Task List When No Clients Exist in the User's Caseload
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Manage Nursing Caseload
Scenario 1: Task List - Launching With No Clients In Caseload
Specific Setup:
  • Two units must exist; each of which, contain at least one client. (Unit A) (Unit B)
  • A client must have an active episode. (Client A)
Steps
  1. Search for and select the 'Manage Nursing Caseload' form.
  2. Set the 'Select User' field to the currently logged in user. (User A)
  3. Select "Remove" from the 'Add or Remove Client From Caseload' field.
  4. Click [All] from the 'Select Clients' field.
  5. Click [Update Caseload].
  6. Validate a message stating: "You are about to remove the selected client(s) from the caseload of "User A". Are you sure you want to continue?" appears and click [OK].
  7. Click [Discard], validate a message stating "Are you sure you want to Close without saving?" appears and click [Yes].
  8. Please log out of the application and log back in after completing the above.
  9. Access the 'Task List' widget.
  10. Validate that Task List launches and there are no clients in the grid.
  11. Set the 'View' filter to "By Unit".
  12. Select "Unit A" from the 'Unit' field.
  13. Validate all clients in "Unit A" are shown in the grid.
  14. Select "Unit B" from the 'Unit' field.
  15. Validate all clients in "Unit B" are shown in the grid.
  16. Search for and select "Client A" from the 'Search Patients' field.
  17. Validate only "Client A" is shown in the grid.
  18. Clear "Client A" from the 'Search Patients' field.
  19. Validate the 'View' filter is set to "My Caseload" and that the grid loads with no clients presented.

Avatar NX - Document Routing
Scenario 1: Progress Notes (Group and Individual) - File an independent note
Specific Setup:
  • A client must be enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
  • 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' must have document routing enabled.
  • A Documentation View must be set up on a user's view containing the 'All Documents' widget and the 'Console Widget Viewer' ('All Documents' view).
  • A practitioner must be associated with the logged in user (Practitioner A).
  • The user's screen resolution must be 1920 x 1080.
Steps
  1. Access the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
  2. Select "Client A".
  3. Select the desired episode and validate there is no overlap.
  4. Navigate to the myDay view.
  5. Select the 'Progress Notes (Groups and Individuals)' form tab.
  6. Select the 'Episode' field and validate the field does not overlap on other fields.
  7. Select "Independent Note" in the 'Progress Note For' field.
  8. Select the 'Note Type' field and validate the field does not overlap on other fields.
  9. Navigate to the myDay view.
  10. Select the 'Progress Notes (Groups and Individuals)' form tab.
  11. Select the 'Note Type' field and validate the field does not overlap on other fields.
  12. Enter any value in the 'Notes' field.
  13. Select desired input for other mandatory fields.
  14. Select "Final" in the 'Draft/Final' field.
  15. Validate the 'Notes' field contains the previously entered value.
  16. Click [Submit Note].
  17. Validate a 'Confirm Document' dialog is displayed.
  18. Validate the user is unable to print the note.
  19. Decrease the browsers zoom level.
  20. Validate the buttons display as expected.
  21. Increase the browsers zoom level.
  22. Validate the buttons display as expected
  23. Click [Accept].
  24. Enter the password associated with the logged in user and click [Verify].
  25. Validate a 'Progress Notes' dialog stating: "Note Filed. Do you want to return to the Progress Notes form?" and click [No].
  26. Select "Client A" and navigate to the 'All Documents' view.
  27. Select 'All Forms'.
  28. Select "Progress Notes (Group and Individual)" from the 'Form Description' field.
  29. Validate the note from the previous steps is present and select it.
  30. Validate the progress note displays as expected in the 'Console Widget Viewer'.
Scenario 2: 'Mental Health Progress Note' - Add/Edit note
Specific Setup:
  • A client must be enrolled in an existing episode and have a treatment plan on file (Client A).
  • A copy of the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form is defined and named as 'Mental Health Progress Note'.
  • Document routing must be enabled for the 'Mental Health Progress Note' form and have an associated crystal report template.
  • The logged in user must have a 'Default Supervisor' in the 'Document Routing' section of the 'User Definition' form (Supervisor A).
  • The user's screen resolution must be 1920 x 1080.
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" and access the 'Mental Health Progress Note' form.
  2. Select any value in the 'Progress Note For' field.
  3. Select any value in the 'Note Type' field.
  4. Select any value in the 'Evidence-Based Practices' field.
  5. Populate all required and desired fields.
  6. Select "Draft" in the 'Draft/Final' field.
  7. Click [File Note].
  8. Validate a 'Progress Notes' dialog stating "Note Filed." and click [OK].
  9. Close the form.
  10. Select "Client A" and access the 'Mental Health Progress Note' form.
  11. Select the entry from the previous steps in the 'Select Draft Note To Edit' field.
  12. Select "Treatment Plan" in the 'Select Treatment Plan Version' field.
  13. Click [Select Goal this Note Addresses].
  14. Select the desired goal and click [Return].
  15. Edit any desired fields.
  16. Select "Final" in the 'Draft/Final' field.
  17. Click [File Note].
  18. Validate a 'Confirm Document' dialog is displayed.
  19. Validate the user is unable to print the note.
  20. Decrease the browsers zoom level.
  21. Validate the buttons are still visible.
  22. Increase the browsers zoom level.
  23. Validate the buttons are still visible.
  24. Click [Sign and Route].
  25. Enter the password for the logged in user in the 'Password' field.
  26. Validate the 'Route Document To' dialog is displayed.
  27. Validate "Supervisor A" has defaulted as the approver and is selected.
  28. Validate the [Submit] button is enabled.
  29. Uncheck "Supervisor A" as the approver.
  30. Validate the [Submit] button is disabled.
  31. Select "Supervisor A" as the approver.
  32. Click [Submit].
  33. Validate a 'Progress Notes' dialog stating: "Note Filed. Do you want to return to the Progress Notes form?" and click [No].
