Specific Setup:
- A client must be enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
- The logged in user must have a staff member associated (Staff A).
- "Staff A" must have the 'My To Do's' widget configured on their myDay view.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Dental Assessment' form.
- Click [Add] if present.
- Select "Draft" from the 'Exam Status' field.
- Enter the desired date in the 'Exam Date' field.
- Select the desired value from the 'Exam Type' field.
- Select the desired value in the 'Condition of Gingiva' field.
- Select the desired value in the 'Care of Mouth' field.
- Select the desired value in the 'Occlusion' field.
- Populate all desired and required fields.
- Click [Launch Dental Chart Entry/Review].
- Validate the 'Dental Chart' opens and displays with images.
- Validate the current date displays in the 'Date' field.
- Select the desired value from the 'Type' field.
- Select the desired tooth from the chart.
- Validate the value displays in the 'Tooth Number' field.
- Hover over the same tooth and validate an image displays.
- Select the desired value from the image.

- Validate the data displays as expected.

Scenario 1: 'My Calendar' Widget - File Progress Notes
Specific Setup:
- At least 2 clients must be enrolled in an active episode with appointments scheduled (Client A and Client B).
- User must have the 'My Calendar' widget configured on their myDay view or any associated view.
- User must have Progress Note forms configured in the 'Appointment Scheduling' tab ('Select Forms') of 'User Definition (User A).
- "User A" must be associated with a practitioner and have appointments scheduled with "Client A" and "Client B".
- Must have "Skip Password Entry" enabled in the 'Document Routing Setup' form for the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
Steps
- Navigate to the 'My Calendar' widget.
- In the 'My Calendar' widget click between the "Month", "Week" and "Day" views and validate they display as expected.
- In the 'My Calendar' widget' select the desired value in the 'Time-Slot Duration' field.
- Validate the 'My Calendar' widget displays the appropriate view as expected.
- Right click on the appointment for "Client A" in 'My Calendar' widget.
- Click [Progress Notes (Group and Individual)].
- Select any value in the 'Note Type' field.
- Populate all required and desired fields.
- Click [Submit Note] and [Sign].
- Validate a 'Progress Notes' dialog stating "Note filed."
- Click [OK].
- Navigate to the 'My Calendar' widget.
- Validate there is an F icon next to "Client A".

- Validate the filters such as "Select All or Individual", "User", "Document Status", "Program", "Episode", "Document Source", "Document Origination Date Start", "Document Origination Date End" all filter in the appropriate manner.
- Under Form Selection, validate that you can choose the form selection by "Categories/Forms" and only those documents appear in the document list.
- Using the "Document Management Definition" form, identify a form as to "Exclude from Electronic Medical Record".
- Validate the document list doesn't include documents that are to be excluded.
- Using the "Document Management Definition" form, identify a form as "Do Not Print".
- Going back to the "Clinical Document Viewer" form, validate the forms marked as "Do Not Print" are excluded.
- Using "Document Management Definition" form, mark a document type as "Do not release".

- The 'Progress Notes' widget must be accessible on the HomeView.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
- Select the desired value in the 'Select Episode' field.
- Select "Independent Note" in the 'Progress Note For' field.
- Select the desired value in the 'Note Type' field.
- In the 'Notes Field', click [Templates].
- Select [User Defined Templates] and [Manage Templates].
- Enter the desired value in the 'Template Name' field. Note: this will now be referred to as "Template A".
- Drag and drop the 'Current Time' field to the template from the 'Available Fields' field.
- Drag and drop the 'Current Date' field to the template from the 'Available Fields' field.
- Drag and drop any other desired fields.
- Click [Preview].
- Validate that the 'Preview' contains the cache server time for the 'Current Time' field.
- Close the preview.
- Click [Add] and [Save].

- A client must be enrolled in an existing episode and have a 'Treatment Plan' on file (Client A).
- A Documentation View must be set up on a user's view containing the 'All Documents' widget and the 'Console Widget Viewer' ('All Documents' view).
- The logged in user does not have read/write access to the 'Treatment Plan' form (User A).
Steps
- Access the 'Registry Settings' form.
- Enter "allow users access to all" in the 'Limit Registry Settings to the Following Search Criteria' field.
- Click [View Registry Settings].
- Select the "Allow Users Access To All Forms on NX 'All Documents' Widget'" registry setting and click [OK].
- Enter "Y" in the 'Registry Setting Value' field.
- Click [Submit].
- Validate a 'Registry Editor Filing' dialog.

- A group containing two or more clients must be registered under 'Group Registration' (Group A).
- "Group A" must have an appointment scheduled for current day.
- There must be multiple existing appointments for current day under 'Coming in Today' widget.
- There must be an additional view associated for the logged in user (View A).
Steps
- Access the ‘Coming in Today’ widget and move the scrollbar to center of the widget.
- Click [Launch Scheduling Calendar].
- Right click in any available time slot and click [Add Appointment].
- Enter the desired value in the 'Service Code' field.
- Enter "Client B" in the 'Client' field.
- Select the desired episode in the 'Episode Number' field.
- Select the desired value in the 'Program' field.
- Click [Submit].

- Select any value from the 'Progress Note For' field.
- Select any note type from the 'Note Type' field.
- Set the 'Notes Field' field to any large value including special text characters to ensure the note will be more than one page.
- Complete the remaining required fields.
- Select "Final" from the 'Draft/Final' field.
- Click [Submit Note].
- Click the [Sign and Route/Notify] and enter the logged in user's password in the 'Password' field.
- Click [Verify].
- Select "Staff B" from the 'Supervisor' field and click [Add].
- Select a different supervisor from the 'Supervisor' field and click [Add].
- Validate that a 'Confirm' dialog is displayed stating "Any Supervisor" is the current supervisor in the list. Would you like to replace "Any Supervisor" with "Another Supervisor"?
- Select "Staff B" from the 'Supervisor' field and click [Add].
- Validate that a 'Confirm' dialog is displayed stating "Any Supervisor" is the current supervisor in the list. Would you like to replace "Any Supervisor" with "Another Supervisor"?
- Click [Yes].
- Click [Submit].

Specific Setup:
- A client must be enrolled in an existing episode.
- Staff member with assigned hours in the "Staff Members Hours and Exceptions" form.
- Multiple sites must be defined and have appointments on file for any staff member.
- The 'Scheduling Calendar' must be accessible for the logged in user.
Steps
- Access the 'Scheduling Calendar' form.
- Click [Find New Appointment].
- Select one or more sites from the 'Search Site(s)' field.
- Enter the current date in the 'Search Start Date' field.
- Enter a value in the 'Search Duration' field that will not extend beyond the available times for the staff on that date.
- Click [Find New Appointment].
- Validate the list of available appointments displays as expected.
- Validate the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons display as expected.
- Increase the zoom on the browser.
- Validate the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons display as expected.
- Click an item to highlight it for selection.
- Click [OK].
- Verify the 'Scheduling Calendar - Appointment Details' form displays.
- Select any value in the 'Service Code' field.
- Select any client in the 'Client' field.
- Select any episode in the 'Episode' field.

Steps
- Access the 'Scheduling Calendar'.
- Validate "Practitioner A" is truncated in the 'Staff Members' field.
- Hover over "Practitioner A" and validate the entire name displays.
- Validate the previous and next month arrows display.
- Click [Find Existing Appointments].
- Select "All" in the 'Search Sites(s)' field.
- Enter any date in the 'Search Start Date' field.
- Click [Find New Appointment].
- Validate the sites in the 'Search Sites' field are displayed above the list of appointments with a vertical scroll bar.
- Validate the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons display as expected.
