Disclosure Management - Omit empty pages
In Disclosure Management, when selecting a Chart Item that has an associated Crystal Report the process skips displaying empty pages for Episodes selected that do not have an entry/entries. When a blank report is encountered a message displays indicating that it's being omitted from the packet.

1) The Give Initial Dose Now button will be enabled when a One Time Only frequency is used on a pharmacy order for a client in a pre-admit episode.
2) A pharmacy order utilizing a One Time Only frequency, while in a pre-admit episode, cannot have both Give Initial Dose Now selected and have hours of administration.
