Scenario 1: 'Coming In Today' widget - Validate the 'Restrict Practitioner Search By Program' registry setting
Specific Setup:
- A practitioner is defined with hours and only has "(301) O.P. Adolescent Psych" selected in the 'Program Association' field in 'Practitioner Enrollment' (Practitioner A).
- A client is enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
- The 'Coming In Today' widget is on the HomeView.
Steps
- Access the 'Registry Settings' form.
- Enter "Restrict Practitioner Search By Program" in the 'Limit Registry Settings to the Following Search Criteria' field.
- Click [View Registry Settings].
- Select "Restrict Practitioner Search By Program" and click [OK].
- Enter "N" in the 'Registry Setting Value' field.
- Click [Submit] and close the form.
- Access the 'Scheduling Calendar' form.
- Right click in the 'Appointment Grid' for "Practitioner A".
- Click [Add Appointment].
- Validate the 'Practitioner' field contains "Practitioner A".
- Enter the desired value in the 'Service Code' field.
- Enter "Client A" in the 'Client' field.
- Validate the 'Practitioner' field contains "Practitioner A".
- Validate the 'Program' field contains all programs.
- Select "(307) O.P. Mature Adult S.A." in the 'Program' field.
- Click [Submit].
- Validate the 'Appointment Grid' contains the appointment added for "Practitioner A".
- Click [Dismiss].
- Access the 'Registry Settings' form.

- The 'Coming in Today' widget must be configured on the user's myDay view.
- A Documentation View must be set up on a user's view containing the 'All Documents' widget and the 'Console Widget Viewer' ('All Documents' view).
- An appointment for a client must be created for the current date (Client A).
Steps
- Navigate to the 'Coming In Today' widget.
- Select the row for the existing appointment for "Client A".
- Check "Yes" in the 'Missed Visit' field.
- Select the desired missed visit service code in the 'Service Code' field.
- Enter any value in the 'Notes' field.
- Click [File].
- Validate a 'Confirmation' dialog is displayed stating: "File successful".
- Click [OK].
- Refresh the widget.
- Validate the appointment for "Client A" displays as "Missed".
- Access the 'Scheduling Calendar' form.
- Validate the 'Appointment Grid' contains the missed visit for "Client A".
- Click [Dismiss].
- Access the 'Client Ledger' form.
- Enter "Client A" in the 'Client ID' field.

- In 'Order Entry User Definition' a user must be associated with "Order Entry User Role 1" and have the ability to customize the user role. In addition, the 'Default Order Entry Source' field must not contain a value. (User A)
- Please log out of the application and log back in after completing the above configuration.
- A client must have an active episode. (Client A)
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
- "User A" must be logged into the application.
Steps
- Search for and select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Validate the 'Source' field does not contain a value.
- Search for and select any pharmacy-type order code.
- Populate all required fields in the order details panel.
- Click [Add to Scratchpad] and [Sign].
- Validate a message is displayed stating "There is a missing required field: Source" and click [OK].

- A client is enrolled in an existing episode and is in the user's caseload. This client is also enrolled in "Pathway A" (Client A).
- A client is enrolled in an existing episode and is not in the user's caseload. This client is also enrolled in "Pathway A" (Client B).
- The 'Include Client Information header in view' setting is enabled for the user's myDay view.
- The 'My Calendar' widget is available on the user's myDay view.
- The logged in user must have an appointment scheduled for the current date for "Client A" and "Client B".
- "Clinical Pathway" must be added to the 'Field to Include in Client Header' field in the 'Client Lookup/Header Configuration Manager' form.
Steps
- Navigate to the 'My Clients' list.
- Validate "Client A" is displayed in the pathway color.
- Select "Client A" in the 'My Clients' list.
- Validate an alert is displayed stating: Selected Client is Enrolled in the following Clinical Pathways: "Pathway A". Continue?

Scenario 1: 'My To Do's' Widget - Validate Document Routing functionality
Specific Setup:
- A client must be enrolled in an existing episode.
- Document routing must be enabled for the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
- The user must have the 'My To Do's' widget configured to their myDay view.
Steps
- Select any client and access any the 'Progress Notes (Group and Individual)' form.
- Select any value from the 'Select Episode' field.
- Select any value from the 'Progress Note For' field.
- Select any value from the 'Note Type' field.
- Enter any value in the 'Notes Field'.
- Select 'Final' from the 'Draft/Final' field.
- Click [Submit Note].
- Click [Sign and Route].
- Enter the logged in users password in the 'Verify Password' field.
- Click [Verify].
- Select the staff member associated to the logged in user in the 'Supervisor' field.
- Click [Add].
- Validate that a 'Note Filed' dialog is displayed.
- Click [Ok] and [Discard].
- Access the 'My To Do' widget.
- Locate the 'To Do' that was previously sent from 'Documents to Sign'.
- Validate that the 'To Do' display's the name and PATID of the client.
- Click [Review] and [Accept].
- Validate printing the progress note is not an option.
- Enter any value in the 'Approval Comments' field.

Scenario 1: OE NX - Orders This Episode - External Lab Vendor NOT required with no vendor set up in 'Order Code Setup'
Specific Setup:
- The '(552) Require External Lab Vendor Destination' extended attribute must be set to "No" in the Order Entry Tabled Files '(500) Order Types' dictionary for "Lab".
- Two lab-type order codes must exist. One must have at least two associated lab vendors in 'External Lab Definition' in the 'Order Code Setup' form and one should not have any. (Order Code A and Order Code B)
- Please log out of the application and log back in after completing the above configuration.
- A client must have an active inpatient episode. (Client A)
- “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
- Search for and select "Order Code A".
- Validate the 'External Lab Vendor Destination' field is not required and does not contain a value.
- Populate all other required fields and click [Add to Scratchpad] and [Sign].
- Validate the 'Order grid' contains the order created with "Order Code A".
- Search for and select "Order Code B".
- Validate the 'External Lab Vendor Destination' field is not displayed.

- Select "Diagnosis A" in the 1st 'Diagnosis' selection field and validate the 1st 'Diagnosis' search field is cleared.
- Click in the 2nd 'Diagnosis' selection field and validate that "Diagnosis A" is not displayed.
- Select "Diagnosis B" in the 2nd 'Diagnosis' selection field.
- Search for and select any value in the 3rd 'Diagnosis' search field.
- Validate the 4th 'Diagnoses' fields do not contain a value.

- Access the 'View Definition' form.
- Click [Select View].
- Select "View A" in the 'Select Views' field.
- Click [Launch View Designer].
- Validate the widgets display as expected.
- Drag and drop widgets between the 'Available Widgets' and 'Assigned Widgets' columns.
- Validate widgets are moved as expected.
- Drag and drop a widget from the 'Assigned Widgets' and the widget layout view area.
- Validate the widget is moved successfully.
- Click [Include Client Information header in view].
- Click [Submit] and submit the form.
- From the 'myDay' view, navigate to "View B" and click back to "View A".
- Validate the 'Client Information' header is aligned with the widgets.
- Close the sidebar.
