An issue is resolved to ensure that the 'First Dose Date/Time' fields are populated with the correct value when creating an order and setting the 'Start Date' field to a value that is equal to or before the first administration time of that order and then selecting a frequency code with scheduled hours of administration.

An issue is resolved to ensure that when the 'Require Hours of Administration for Routine Frequency Codes' extended attribute is set to "Require Hours of administration" or "Require Hours of Administration and enforce 'Times/24 HR' for pharmacy-type orders that any routine one time only order that is sent directly to the Scratchpad' will not receive a the message that 'Hours of Administration must be entered for "Routine" orders.
