Order Entry Console - Creating an order with an 'Order Type Category' of "Not Applicable".
An issue is resolved to ensure a 'Not Applicable' order can be created using a one time only frequency code that is set up as an 'Interval Frequency' and also using a one time only frequency code with the 'Start Date and Duration' fields hidden.
