Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Avatar NX Report Viewer
  • Client Face Sheet Barcodes
Scenario 1: Client Face Sheet Barcodes - QR Codes
Specific Setup:
  • A client must be enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
  • A crystal report must be configured with the following supported QR code font:
  • IDAutomation
  • Please note, the font must be installed on the user's local machine in order for it to display as expected in Microsoft Word.
Steps
  1. Access the ‘Client Face Sheet Barcodes’ form.
  2. Select "Client A" from the ‘Client’ field.
  3. Select the desired episode from the ‘Episode’ field.
  4. Click [Process].
  5. Validate the Crystal Report opens in a new window and the QR codes display as expected.
  6. Click [Print Report].
  7. Validate the report opens as a PDF in a new browser tab.
  8. Close the PDF report tab.
  9. Switch back to the Crystal Report window.
  10. Click [Export] (Please note, the following formats are not supported for QR codes: TXT, TTX, XML).
  11. Select "Adobe Acrobat (PDF)" from ‘Format’ field.
  12. Click [Ok].
  13. Validate the PDF downloads.
  14. Open the PDF file.
  15. Validate the QR codes and the report display as expected.
  16. Close the report.
  17. Select "Microsoft Word (RTF)" from ‘Format’ field.
  18. Click [Ok].
  19. Open the RPT file.
  20. Validate the QR codes and the report display as expected.
  21. Close the report.
  22. Close the report and the form.
